Received my glasses had to get the fit tweaked a bit and now they fit great.
I had them tweaked locally took maybe 10 minutes.

Had good experience before, however forget about trying to exchange anything. Been waiting over 4 months for replacement glasses. Not returning calls / emails and very frustrating to deal with. Been getting promising emails / calls from Mae, Mechelle and Emily but all promises and no glasses. Very poor customer service.

Nicely made pair of glasses. Only flaw I realized from buying online glasses is that if the frame does not fit you properly, you cannot adjust it yourself. You have to bring it to an optician who might hesitate to handle your glasses due to liability reasons. So, choose your frames wisely. Other than that, this was a great purchase. No issues with the lens.

My son has autism and there are times when he becomes very frustrated and resorts to breaking something, which often are his glasses because they are always very easy to grab. Having the ability to purchase with BOGO is much needed for the expense when we don't have a health plan for such items. The glasses are very stylish and comfortable.
