Placed my order, looking forward to such a cute T-shirt! That was on July 26,2017 it is now September 2,2017. I did not expect in 2 days, but within the shipping time it states on thier website, and in the replies from my emails. 7-10 days. Plus it's fishy because the tracking states they are in Kansas when they are actually in Florida. They have a BBB rating of F. I've submitted a claim with PayPal hoping that might light a fire either way. PayPal should not do business with them. Should have read the reviews. Lesson learned.

So first let me say. I love the 14 shirts I have gotten, over various times of ordering. No issues having placed MANY orders, BUT I FINALLY JOINED THE RANKS OF ALL THESE REVIWERS. I placed an order 8/4/17 today is 9/2/17 STILL NO SHIRTS, and only one reply... stating shirts would ship end of week but that reply was 8/21/17. I will file a dispute through my Credit Union and learn my lesson. It really sucks because I LOVE THESE T-SHIRTS! If they would get their crap together they would have a customer for life!
UPDATE, I finally got this reply after 9 emails I have sent since 8/4/17. She wrote:

I am so sorry for this delay! Our mail pick-ups just started back up due to the hurricane, which has set us back a little bit. I am so sorry for the wait, and we truly appreciate your patience! I will make sure your order is shipped right away and we will send an email with the tracking information.

I should've researched the company. I've ordered things from Facebook advertisements and had no problems until this. I ordered a shirt almost a month ago and got a "shipment confirmation" which doesn't mean anything because the package can't be tracked anyways. I've emailed and have gotten no response. I hope my credit card company will give me a refund but this business is $#*!ty.
Basically just the same as all the reviews below. Ordered a shirt on August 9th... received a Shipment notification on August 11th (which didn't mean d*ck to me since there was no actual shipment information provided) and after multiple attempts to contact the "business", still my 'make believe' item sits in Kansas. Also, WTF is it doing in there anyway? Since when are Florida and Kansas neighbor states?
Anyway, I have initiated a claim with PayPal in hopes of getting my money back - but I wont hold my breath. It's really my own fault for not researching the company before making a purchase.
I have tried for a week to contact this company. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, or Facebook messages. I received a shipment notification 1 week ago, but to this date, the package has not moved. I have emailed twice, messaged on Facebook, and tried calling and the voicemail is full. What a disappointment. And, I'm out the money spent on a shirt.
Ordered a shirt (prior to googling the company... big mistake. Huge!) Almost a month later had nothing from the company except the payment made. Sent a message on Fb for an automated response to suggest emailing customer service through the website. That led to no answer or response. I am thankful to be able to dispute this through paypal & hopefully will get my money back. It is very irritating to be scammed by what seemed to be a legit small business.
I ordered 2 shirts on Aug 11, without looking at the site review:-/ On Aug 22 I had decided I would give it until Aug 25,2 full weeks, to get a ship notification. I'll admit, I wasn't expecting to get one based on all of the reviews. To my surprise I received the shipped notice on Aug 23 and today, Aug 25, they were delivered. Had a read her bio first then I wouldn't have been so impatient to start with but feel that this order was right on target for what she says in the "about us". If yo want something in 2 days, you should probably shop elsewhere, but if you have 2 weeks, you should give her a chance. Robyn, AL
I ordered on July 26,2017 with 2-3 day shipping. It is now August 23,2017 and I have not recieved my shirt. I emailed the company about 2 weeks after and no response. I emailed a second time no response. I facebook messaged 2 times before someone sent a scripted email to my 1st e-mail then 3 days later the same scripted email to my 2nd email. I want a full refund. Super disappointed that a small business can't provide two of the most important things to make a business thrive, customer service and honesty.
If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I've been waiting a month to receive my shirt and they answered my first message, but have stopped responding. I'm trying to cancel for a full refund because at this point it's ridiculous, but I can't even get a response for that. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I wish they could at least be honest and say there are delays, any response is better than no response.
Do not, I repeat do not order from this company. They don't respond to emails and their voice mail is always full so you can't leave a message. I ordered and paid over a month ago and have not received or heard anything. I hope my credit card company gives me a refund.
I ordered several items almost a month ago. After reading the reviews I called my credit card to cancel the charges. Once I did that LivLuvShop finally responded to my emails. They informed me that it takes up to fourteen days to process. I finally received my some of my items yesterday. The quality of the items are just ok. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered two shirts from this site & then read the reviews. I must say I was pretty upset, expecting not to receive the items I paid for. To my surprise my shirts arrived in a little over 2 weeks time frame. Very soft material & super cute. Happy customer here :)
I ordered three shirts from this site in May and hadn't heard from them in a month. I reached out via email and phone with no response. The items didn't arrive in time for the event. I still hadn't gotten a response until I stopped payment on my credit card. They finally returned my email stating that they have a no return policy. I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service. Do not order anything from this site-use Etsy instead where all three of my items were available and each vendor was more ham happy to provide excellent customer service and products.
Over a month of waiting for my order and the seller said it should ship out in 3-4 days. I asked to have my order cancelled and refunded, and have not heard a peep. CRAP service, SCAM!
I placed an order back in May and still do not have it. First email got a response that said that they were waiting on a pair of pants and then the order would go out. Second, third and fourth email nothing. These people are horrible and just steal your money. Same as everyone else on here. Never order anything from them! Filing report with BBB.
Her pages does say she works at home and orders could take up to a month. I was prepared to wait a month. I had my order within 15 days! I love my shirt it's super cute and super comfortable! Thank you! Will shop again!
I ordered my shirts June 11,2017 it is now July 18th and nothing. I already contacted PayPal resolution center for return. I emailed this company numerous of times and they finally wrote back 2-3 days shipping still nothing. I am never ordering again this is horrible service! Liv Luv Shop sucks!
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
