They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.

We need to bring a class action lawsuit against them. Im going to try to contact Facebook so that they can not advertise there.

They don't need a return policy. You never get what you order and pay for. And no one from the company will ever respond to you anyways. Win- win for them.

But I haven't received my orders and it's going on 3 weeks and I live only 4 hours away in the same State.

Anyone know the names, phone numbers or addresses of the management or staff or owners? I'd love to contact them different ways. This business is a fraud and the owners should be in prison.
