I ordered something from liv luv shop and never got my suit. I emailed numerous times with no response. This is by far the worst service I have ever receive it has been two months of nothing. BEWARE AND STAY away from this fraud company!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, and the money was deducted from my account that day. Received a tracking number, but for 3 weeks, it said it was in pre-shipment status (waiting to receive the pkg). I tried contacting them through email numerous times with no response. They finally responded when I contacted them through PayPal, and they said that the order will ship in 2-3 days. I told them to please cancel it and refund my money. I was told that there is a no return policy and it had already gone to the shipping department, so they can't do it. Seriously, it's a small business, the shipping department is probably the next room... Filed a BBB complaint this morning. This company should be shut down!

I ordered June 14 via PayPal so it has now been 13 business days and I have no shipping notification. I tried emailing 3 times to get a ship date but NO ONE will respond! I ordered June 9 via PayPal and have received no communication at all from Liv Luv and have not received my one T-Shirt I ordered. I tried emailing, but no luck and of course they have no phone number on their website! Terrible Customer Service. I just can't figure out why they are so bad with getting items out for delivery. I ordered on May 14,2017, they are terrible about sending any details on the order. I was getting worried and finally June 14 received an alert that my item shipped. They must be walking on foot from Florida to NJ to deliver it because it is June 30, and still haven't received anything. Not to mention they are not like other reputable businesses who wait to charge you until the item ships. LivLuv takes your money immediately. Huge scam!

I've tried emailing them since they don't provide a phone number and no response. After researching more I finally found a phone number and when I call the mailbox is full. Probably full of everyone's complaints looking for their items! I logged on to the BBB to file a complaint and of course they have 300+ complaints on there! I needed them for this up coming weekend, which I told them in an email, but no response. Just disputed the charge on my AMEX. I wish I would have researched as well.
I should've done my homework before ordering from this company. I ordered something on June 5 and still have not received anything. They took my money though. I sent two emails to their "customer service" email and received no response until my second email which stated I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I got a BS excuse as to why they couldn't and still haven't received what I ordered. How is this company still in business and why did it show up on Facebook? Facebook needs to do a better job of who they let advertise on their website. With all the negative reviews why have they not been prosecuted yet?

Save yourself the time and energy. Everything they sell you can find from a company that will actually ship and deliver the products you pay for. These people should be ashamed. I've written your "customer service" email now 3 times in the last week, once on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and have not received any responses despite being told i would receive one within 24-48 hours. I placed my order, #*******, and paid for it on May 25th and was told it would be shipped within 10-15 business days and i would then receive a shipment status. It's been well over the 10-15 business days it takes for "processing" and the fulfilment status on my account still says unfulfilled. So when the hell do I get my order or should i place a claim through PayPal to get my money back from your thieving company?

Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
