Order two of the "this might be wine" water bottles 5 weeks ago. They haven't even shipped yet! I'm being told they ship next week. I was quickly charged for items but have not quickly received them. I'm am so disgusted by this company!

I am soo disappointed that I ordered from this site, it is complete garbage. I wish that I read some of the reviews before I made my purchase. No customer service and their landline goes right to a message and no one even calls you back. My advice is to Stay AWAY at all costs! I will be contacting my bank to report fraud.

The "shop" and their customer service and response is total bs.

Ordered a t-shirt last Friday with 2-4 day shipping and I still haven't even received notification that it's gone out. My money was gone right away from my account of course. I emailed to ask about it and haven't gotten a response in 2 days. Honestly it's ridiculous. Should have read the reviews beforehand.

Still waiting...

I ordered 2 shirts on 8/2 and PAID extra for 2 day shipping. It's 8/15 and it still hasn't shipped out yet. I'll never order from them again and I'm contacting PayPal to get refunded

I ordered my 1st item from this company and they sent me a hat instead of the t shirt I ordered. I called them numerous times with no answer and a message stating their mailbox is full. I emailed twice and also received no response. I even messaged them on Facebook and got a fast response stating I should email them because they don't respond to Facebook messages. What the heck? Didn't they just respond to me? I responded that I already emailed/called several times and yet again received no response. I had to file a dispute through Paypal for a refund. Never giving them my business again.

I ordered from them twice. Both times service was so slow. I got zero response with email, and zero response through PayPal. If you complain on the Facebook site, there is no help or resolution they merely block you. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Don't buy from them. Ordered $130 worth stuff for vacation. Never responded to my emails and filed complaint with BBB and got my money back. They then shipped my stuff 7 weeks later while I was on my vacation and took my money. Never again.

This place is a damn joke! I ordered (and paid for) a pair of shorts and a shirt on May 20,2016 of just over $60.00 with an additional amount paid for 'priority shipping' with the promise of delivery on May 27th. Today is July 14,2016 and I still have not received my order. I have called the number listed for this company nearly 50 times and have not been able to leave a voice message because their voicemail box is FULL. I have emailed them 20 times with only ONE response, back in June, nearly 1 week after I had initially emailed them asking about my order stating that it would "go out that week." Obviously nothing came. I have tried to contact them via Facebook a hundred (or more) times only to have my comments and posts deleted. They have now made it so that I cannot write on their 'wall' or comment on any posts. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, specifically the South FL office, with no response there either. Not surprisingly, after I discovered that there were 24 complaints filed BEFORE mine, with no response from Liv Luv Shop.

In short, this company is a joke and the people behind it are a fraud. They will take your money, quickly, but you will not receive the item(s) you purchased and you will definitely not receive any information as to 'why'! Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I saw some cute shirts from this company and ordered three on 6/9/16. The website says ship time is 5-7 days. It is 7/1/16 and I still haven't received them YET I was charged $70 on 6/9/16.
To make it worse, I have emailed four times with NO response and called their customer service number but the mail box is full. I see on Facebook that many others are having the same issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The bad thing is, I just wanted the shirts.

Buyer beware that shipping can take longer than advertised as they state an unspecified length of time to process orders. Once an order is processed it will ship in the business days that you purchased. Don't be surprised when you make an order and it doesn't show up when you would expect it to and don't expect any kind of refund.

I ordered a top on May 20th for a Memorial Day cookout. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which they advertised as 2-4 days. I did not get it in that timeframe, and when I reached out to them I was told that expedited doesn't really mean that, and it depends on the USPS processing. Then why charge me extra for something you know isn't going to happen. It's June 23rd and I still don't have the top, and the USPS couldn't have possibly processed what wasn't given to them - because now they are saying it's custom made and are refusing to refund me for a product I haven't received. I've seen the same product on other sites, so I don't buy that it's custom made and the fact that the story keeps evolving to be convenient to their sloppiness is ridiculous. And apparently all sales are final - which is in a paragraph buried somewhere on their website. Safe yourself the trouble, avoid the hassle and the horrible customer service and bug from one of the multiple other online stores who fulfill their promises!

Just a word of warning. DO NOT ORDER FROM LIV LUV SHOP. I ordered 3 items on 2/27. After several attempts to contact the company at the end of March, they let me know the items hadn't been shipped because 1 item was on back order. They promised to ship the other 2 items and refund the item on back order. A few days later I received is a Pre-Shipment Notice (aka, the company gave UPS notice they plan to ship my items). 2 months from my order date, and I still haven't gotten a refund nor any of my items. Don't waste your time or money.
