Bad business, sketchy, shady and thieves! Ordered product over 1 month ago with no sight or sound of my merchandise. They got my $, and I got nothing! Emailed 2x's, with no response. Tried calling their direct line and voicemail box is full. Shocker!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY!"

I ordered items that my daughter picked out. If I had known better, I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. Ordered early December got one items a couple weeks later and I am still waiting. I emailed several times and finally got one response and that was a lie. I emailed again and nothing. I am disputing the charge for the item i did not get. Horrible customer service. Not sure how this website and business even exists.

1) My shipment came later than promised (even after confirming the date it would arrive).
2) Instead of my order I received someone else's order.
3) Despite contacting the company a number of times over a 2 week period they still have not responded to one of my emails or Facebook messages.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS!

So, I actually have 6 items in my cart as I'm typing, but I definitely won't be placing that order! I haven't read a single positive review on this shop! I'm sorry that so many of you had the misfortune of getting screwed over, but thankful you all were nice enough to warn others! Thank you all and I hope all of your orders will be corrected... one way or another!

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt this year. Did not notice on the website that "all sales are final". The shipping is also deceiving and takes up to a month. The invoice was stuck to the writing on the sweatshirt and stained the white letters with black from the invoice. I have sent 3 emails (because they have no phone number) in the last 10 days with no response whatsoever. I even sent a picture of the damage. Christmas is in 4 days so there's no way I will be getting a replacement in time. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I did receive the shirt I ordered in a timely way. I ordered the "TIRED" shirt as it looked great... online. It is soft BUT very thin fabric. To me it looks like nothing more than a mans t-shirt. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, not gonna happen! I would return it but all sales are final... so beware!
FYI... I usually don't write bad reviews. This time I am.

I ordered three things on November 3rd. They are Christmas presents for my daughter. It still shows unfulfilled! I've called (full voice mail) I've emailed and sent several Facebook messages. No response from anyone. I even had subscribed to receive something each month from them. I did go in and cancel the subscription and wrote a lengthy reason why. My next steps are reporting them to the BBB and calling my bank. DO NOT ORDER from Livluvshop.

Crap product, Final Sale!

I ordered through the link on FB, thought the clothes looked so cute, and reasonable prices. Also, reading on the FB link site, it states, items can be returned within 45 days if not satisfied. Well, I certainly am not satisfied, cheap product, actually has a bad odor to it, and the sizes are huge! I was shocked to see my invoice state, all sales final. I reached out and a person named "Michelle" got back to me and told me I could exchange my products. I have reached out again to complain, no word yet, not feeling too hopeful after reading all the other reviews here.

I received my shirts and put them right in the wash. My NOPE shirt has now lost all the paint on the letters. I could have made one myself for half the price that lasted longer! Wont be buying from here again.

I read the size chart so I understood the sizing when I placed my order. I got 3 boy-friend size small shirts and they fit fine. I also got a ladies shirt size medium and it fits, but I wish I would have got a large.

I was nervous that I would never get my order and I am pleased to tell you that I did. I shop with paypal so its a little less worrisome.

Ordered a couple T-shirts as size sm. But they are more like a boxy med. And one is white and see through. Ordered size 7 jean (typically I am a 5) but didn't want a tight fit I wanted a comfy fit and these are SO tight I doubt I will wear them. Plus, they are doing like the picture. I have the sleep comfy pants on backorder I doubt I will ever receive them. STAY AWAY!

I wish I would have read all the other reviews before ordering. Facebook was advertising for them and the items looked so cute. Two months later (after processing my $128 payment of course) I still have not received any items and have gotten one email response back to my four. It's a shame - if they don't have the inventory to get products out to customers that should at least be communicated! I would have understood - but now just feels like a total scam. If I ever receive the products I will update on quality. Now I'm scared based on the other reviews I'm reading.

Save your money- I've have luck with Stitchfix, Rocksbox, and my new fav- fitfabfun... Obviously, I'm a professional shopper.

Cheap product - no customer service- my "surprise box" order was supposed to have (3) things in it... Surprise! It didnt- only (1) item... a cheap vinyl purse that I wouldn't even have carried in the 80's.

Scam... Buyer Beware!

Do not order from this company, they only steal from people. If you try to contact them, you will be unable to get a response, even if you see them respond to "potential buyers". File a complaint with Better Business Bureau, hopefully enough people will constitute a class action law suit and preventing this company from staying in business. If I could find out who owns it I would also file a personal lawsuit! This person and company should be ashamed, they are nothing but thieves. I always thought stealing was a punishable crime, they should be punished. The star killed me, I would not give them anything if I could.

Order $86 dollars worth on Sept 8th. After 2 weeks tryed contacting company. Mailbox was full. Emailed 4 times only one was answered saying my order would ship that week. 3 weeks later still nothing. Had enough and filed a claim with bbb and all of a sudden it's saying my order has shipped. Now we will see if it comes.

I ordered an article of clothing for a special event, allowing almost one month to receive it. After about 2 1/2 weeks I attempted to contact LivLuvShop through email, PM on Facebook, and phone. I was never able to even leave a message through a phone call as their mailbox was full and unable to take more messages every time I called. My special event came and went and a little over a week later I finally received my order. I never received a response from the company at all. I will NEVER do business with them again. I should have read all of the negative reviews before I ordered.

Ordered 2 t-shirts on 9/3/16. Ordered arrived 10/13/16. Site says shipping is within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Beware of the sizing. "Boyfriend size" means bigger than men's regular sizing. Women's "true to size" means 1-1.5 sizes bigger than you would expect. All sales are final so there's not an option to exchange. Quality of t-shirts is great. I now have two new night shirts. They're THAT much too big.

Ordered 2 shirts on 30 September. Products are to ship within 7 days, no contact was received, multiple calls went to a mailbox that is full, and emails were unanswered. SCAM!
