I placed my order on January 10,2017. After almost a month of not receiving my order and not getting an update, I sent my first email. No response. I then sent a fb message, no response. Now after 2 additional emails, I've had to file a dispute with my bank. There are far more reputable small business owners to work with. Customer service is pitiful and quite frankly they are thieves.
I have emailed this company at least 5 times to receive a missing item from my order. No response, and guess what... their voice mail is always full and no one ever answers. No customer service what so ever. Next stop is the BBB
I ordered almost a month ago, my credit card was charged and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried contacting them several times with no response. My next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card. In my opinion this is fraud! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!
I ordered $325 worth items over a month ago and never received anything. They will not respond to phone calls, emails or Facebook messages. I didn't realize until after I ordered that they did this same thing to ALOT of people. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they won't even respond to them. Do not buy from this company!
Worst damn service EVER! I purchased some items from Liv Luv Shop on 1/18/17 and still has not received my order. I have not only emailed them over 5 times but also through FB but still have not received a response back from them, but sadly they had no problems taking my money. They will be reported to the BBB for their poor service. Please do NOT purchase anything from this website.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered Jan 11th & shipping label was created on January 17th. I have messaged and emailed over 15 times. Finally a week ago I got a response that it would be shipped in 2-3 days and thank you for your patience. It is over a week later & STILL hasn't moved since January 17th. Order placed on 1/11/17, I received shipping info on January 17. I paid extra for expedited shipping. As of today, 2/2/17, item still not received by post office and no additional tracking info available. I will not order from this site again. I have filed a claim with Paypal.
I order a shirt from this website in the beginning of December. They sent me a tracking number that NEVER worked. They're customer service is awful. I sent out six emails telling them I can't track the item and I haven't received the item. The only reason I got the shirt was because I filed a claim against them. They take your money and all sales are final. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I'm not even going to give a star for this.
I ordered two items on Dec 22,2016 and paid for priority shipping and still have not received any correspondence about the order except to confirm that I have been charged for the order. Ordered a shirt 12/26/16 and STILL haven't received it! Got an email 1/16/17 saying it's on it's way with a USPS tracking number but that says USPS doesn't have the merchandise yet. Wish I'd looked this company up before ordering.

Did the monthly subscription, took a while to get product, good about changing size, thought next month would be better, guess what?, NOT!. No number to call for help, takes them forever to answer the email. The are fast to take your money. Ordered 3 items, they came quick, but monthly item has not.
But money debuted. So I cancelled monthly, no confirmation and no product even though I paid.

Ordered a shirt from here back on January 3rd, and got an email on 1/16/17 telling me that my order had shipped. I checked tracking today, 1/19/17, and it says that it hasn't even left yet. Maybe amazon prime 2 day shipping has spoiled me, but I personally do not believe that it should take 2-3 weeks to receive one item, especially when it ships from OK and I live in TX... Will not be purchasing from here again.
My complaint is the same as everyone else's. Ordered clothing a month ago, never received shipping notification or order status despite sending numerous emails requesting order status. Ultimately I informed them in several emails that I wanted to cancel my order. Never heard back, nothing, crickets. Had to dispute charge with paypal and my cc company. Now, today, they sent shipping information. Seriously? What a joke. I'm refusing shipment and will have to battle some more just to get a refund. This is so pathetic!
Ordered $4oo worth of fun stuff for my employees for Christmas 2016. It's now 1 month later, & I've received nothing not to mention no reply to emails, and voice mail is full. If I knew this site was too busy I would have ordered else where.

I'm hearing a lot of negative feedback but I think it's because most people don't READ anymore... her bio says she's a mom who's doing this as a home business and that orders take roughly a MONTH to ship and then take up to 10 days once shipped... if this is typical with a home based business because with multiple orders coming in she wouldn't be able to fulfill any sooner. I've ordered 2 shirts and they were PERFECT, soft, good quality and looked just as pictured. I ordered one for a Xmas present for a friend and it didn't arrive on time but that was because I failed to read the part that said 10 days ONCE SHIPPED... that was MY bad! She emailed me back and I received my shipment quickly. So cut a mom some slack, read the print... I think it's a great place to order for the $... that's the other thing if you're paying cheap prices don't expect high end quality... I mean come on! I'm a pleased customer :)
I ordered two items and received one item that I ordered and the other item (ordered as a Christmas gift) didn't arrive, I contacted the company multiple times with no reply - I have also disputed the charge with paypal (outcome TBD) but would not suggest ever ordering from this company! They have unique items and I would like to shop there but literally no customer service. No one replies to email and there is no phone number to call.

Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
