Wish I read reviews first! I returned $100 worth of clothes in beginning March, sent 20 emails and no follow. No return on my money or exchange of sizes! People who do business like this should be shut down! Worse service ever & cheap clothes!
I placed an order on 3/18/17 and every time I check on status, it says "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status." I have emailed them twice, and as of yet, have received no response. I wish that I had read the reviews on this company prior to ordering:(

I have been trying to contact them and they do not answer. They have time to delete all the negative comments on Facebook and Instagram but they don't have to respond to there customers. Such a bad company, I just hope to get my order if not I'm going to dispute it.
My first order from them was perfect. My second order which is 150.00, was placed on 3/1. Still not fullfilled and like everyone else no response. I have emailed 4 times and sent private facebook messages. They have facebook set so you can't leave a negative review. I will dispute the charge with Discover. Would never order from this company.
As countless others have also shared, ordered a shirt from them, where they ended up sending the wrong one. There is no phone number to contact them, so I've e-mailed them 4 times to get resolved. After zero responsiveness, having Amex dispute and charge back. I went on FB and left feedback as well as read countless other's negative feedback. Thank God I took screen shots as now all of the negative comments have now been removed, so another words, they have time to remove negative feedback, but refuse to respond to a customer and resolve errors they've made. Not sure how they are in business or allowed on FB?
Rec'd a shirt that was an XL but would only fit a flat-chested 12 year old. The material is cheap and thin. Wish I had read these review first because I never would have ordered from them.

Cute clothes but unfortunately this company is crap! I ordered a shirt. When I received the shirt, not only was it a different size than what I ordered but it is a very cheap quality and doesn't look anything like what they advertise. I've attempted to contact them via email four times now and I've sent them a message on facebook (which of course wasn't approved by their admins to post to their page)... still NO RESPONSE! Since they won't do the right thing, I'm contacting my bank today to dispute the charges on my credit card! Will never order from them again and I'll make certain that everyone I know doesn't order from them either.
My wife loves the clothes and shirts, so I ordered for her. It's been 6 weeks and I do not have any confirmation that the order has shipped. I have sent about 8 emails to them, with no response. I posted on FB at least 3 times, no response. I tried to message them on FB, but you cannot, says to email them. I tried to call, but you can't. I've sent a message over Instagram and nothing. I have finally sent a BBB complaint and nothing! Of the 300+ complaints, almost 200 have never been responded to. They have a F grading because of their service. Cute clothes, it's a shame they can't figure out how to provide customer service. Do not buy from them!
I ordered a shirt which arrived pretty quickly but when I open the package it was the completely wrong thing. When I looked back on the website the shirt that they sent me cost less than the one I paid for. They do not send a packing slip and if you call them or email them they do not answer. Thank goodness I have an amazing credit card and it was easy to dispute the charge and I was able to get my money back.
Do not buy from this "company", everything on their site is a lie... for instance... I paid $8.00 for 2-4 day shipping and then on the "about us" it says that items ship within 10-15 business days... so why did I pay for that shipping if that's the case? Then the other issue was that they said on their WEBSITE to write them a private message on Facebook about purchases, so I wrote them on facebook and they send me a message saying they don't reply to messages on facebook and to then email them... I was supposed to hear back from someone within 24-48 hours but haven't yet... I will never buy from here again.
I am an avid online shopper. Never have I been skeptical to shop small until now. Your company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a shirt, One shirt, I'm not sure how you mess that up. I received the wrong shirt. Which would have been no problem. A quick exchange could have happened and there would be no problem. But I have emailed this store 7 times and receive NO response. This is theft! You stole my money and sent me a product that is listed at less than the amount I paid. I am in contact with my lawyer I don't care that it is only $30, it is the principle of it. Be expecting a letter.

You will never speak to anyone on the phone because they don't answer and their mailbox is full so you cannot leave a voicemail, they do not respond to emails and they will read but will not respond to messages on Facebook. They billed me 2 times for a shirt I ordered one time, and finally had to go through my bank to dispute the charge.
I ordered 3 T Shirts on Jan. 31st, 2016 for a trip I was taking Feb. 21st, 2017. Had no idea I wouldn't get the shirts in time. I tried calling LivLuvShop... no one EVER answers, I tried emailing... no one EVER responded. I received a notice the shirts were being delivered on Feb 23rd... too little too late, I'm gone on my trip with NO SHIRTS! Their shipping method states: 5-7 business days but in parentheses it states (does not include processing time) and they don't tell you what that time frame is. I finally received the shirts on March 3rd, because my mail was held while I was gone. $67.00 for Shirts that are pointless now... they were ordered for a specific occasion. I will never ordered from here again. Too long for delivery, can't get ahold of them, and they never respond. Very poor way to conduct your business. I have NO RATING FOR THIS COMPANY... except maybe BELOW POOR!
I ordered a shirt well over a month ago. I got a response from the owner that showed my shipping info was sent to the USPS on February 10,2017. It is now February 28,2017 and no additional information about shipping has been made available. I have sent three facebook messages to the site and have gotten no answer. This is the most unprofessional business that i have ever interacted with.
I was skeptical after reading all of these reviews but I must say, I received my order in one week! I thought it would be months, if anything at all!

I ordered $119 worth of clothes on 1/24. Still have not received anything. I have emailed them twice. Still no response. I will wait until Monday, then if I have no response I will have PayPal refund my money. I will also make sure that potential buyers are aware of their lack of respect for their customers.
I placed my order on a Wednesday night, that included a couple Valentines shirts. After I placed the order, I read all these horrible reviews and lost hope of any chance of receiving it by V-day (that next Tuesday - which I knew was pushing it anyway). Much to my surprise, I received all the items on Monday! I'm not sure what all this negative fuss is about, but I am thrilled with my clothes, quality, shipping time and cost! I will definitely be a return customer!
Ordered a medium t shirt. It looks like a men's large. Very thin. The design is not center. Way off, and crooked. And they have an "all sales final" policy. Buyer beware. I guess I can wear it to bed. #disappointed.
I'd been eyeing a shirt for days and never having ordered was skeptical because of the discounted price. I shop online a lot to say the least. That being said, I ordered without checking reviews until after the fact I was worried but figured it's what I deserve for not checking. Much to my surprise, I received my order, just as described within 5 days. That includes a weekend. I'm not sure if this place is just hit and miss or people with good experiences just don't post them. I will order again. February 2017.
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
