I've had s horrific experience with this company. They have absolutely no customer service - literally - ever option is a dead end at contacting a human. I am currently fighting with the vendor they used to ship their product which after 6 weeks never arrived. And no one will call me back. I'm feeling like this entire company is a sham.
I made a purchase of a tank top and bralette and was disappointed to receive the product and see it was too small. I had ordered the largest size available so clearly exchanging the size was of no use to me bc they don't make a bigger size. I emailed the company the day I received my shipment and after a week of not hearing back I emailed again. They finally responded and said they do not offer returns. First of all that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from an apparel company, an ONLINE company especially, where you're purchasing a product you haven't tried on yet, not having a return policy. It was not clear to me AT ALL upon checking out online that they did not offer returns and I'm sure most people make the same mistake. Needless to say I will never shop here again and will make sure anyone I know will not either. They need to update their policy to include returns at least with 14 days or so or close up shop.
I ordered a cute USA hat for 4th of July last year. Gave enough time to receive with adding a few extra days for issues! Nope. I received my order a month or two later, yet it was also THE WRONG Order. I lived in California. My name was on the package but with a lady from FLORIDA address. They switched our orders! I sent a Facebook msg explaining the mistake and they told ME to ship that order to the lady in Florida, and they'd send me a new one. I ordered a HAT that took 4 -5weeks to get! Um no. They credited me a lousy $10 (that I never used). Finally my advice, Steer clear or order 2 months in advance or set expectations low.
Ordered over a month ago and yet to receive anything. No response via email or FB messenger. I have now generated a disputes with PayPal to get my money back. What an $#*!.
Just wanted to say thank you to those who have reviewed this company. I received a Facebook ad for a super cute $18 shirt (on sale from $48), but after reading reviews, I won't bother with this company. Thank you for taking the time to write reviews!
Horrible and I will NEVER order again! The shirt I ordered was a cute girls blue shirt and what I got a month later... was a men's tshirt with writing on it! Now I see why all sales are final! They are liars and don't deserve any right to sell their "fake" products. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
I purchased a pair of what looked like soft sweats to lounge around the house in. I ordered them in early March, and poof... they just appeared here, on 5/3/17! Only 2 months... they thing is... I live in Orlando, FL, and the shipping address was from the far away, exotic land of... wait for it... West Palm Beach... FL! WTF? I did get an email sometime about 2 weeks ago, to which I replied..."did you strap these pants to a snail?" with a cute snail emoji. They did respond... but... I was just told it would be a while longer.
Additionally, I got the pants and they are of the qualify I would expect from Wish... which I have never had a problem with and have received everything earlier than expected, and their stuff is cheap, but I expect it to be. These pants, on the other hand, were $35, and I expect stretchy, XL pants, what I got were non-stretchy (but are soft), in-comfy pants.
Well... you know what they say... Buyer Beware.
DO NOT buy form this site I order I placed an order on April 3rd and have yet to receive it! I reached out to to the company via email once with NO RESPONSE! The second time I was told oh well the pant I told were popular which is just ridiculous! I reached out a third and fourth times again NO RESPONSE! I wish there was at least an once of customer service at this company because it looks like they have cute clothes. But I will not support a company that takes my money and then just doesn't care what happens after that!
Ordered a few tees from this site and the orders were fulfilled, although not in a timely fashion. Ordered a tee in March that was NEVER shipped. I too, like other views, have been unable to contact them. They have no known phone number, no customer service response to emails. Fortunately, I escalated this issue up to PayPal's dispute center and they have resolved the dispute in my favor and will be refunding me my money. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Ordered and was told my order would ship in 5-7 days. 30 days later... nothing. They won't answer the phone, can't leave a message because box is full (of angry customers I'm sure), and will not reply to the 7 emails I have sent. Horrible! Wish I had read the reviews first! Nonexistent customer service! Would've rated them a 0, but it wasn't an option.
I ordered the beginning of April and have received no responses to emails, the phone number provided goes to a voicemail box that is full and after reading these reviews have gone to Suntrust and reported fraudulent activity to hopefully try and get my money back.
I kept seeing the cute shirts from this company on Facebook & through email so I finally decided to give it a try. I placed my order March 15th and it still says "unfulfilled". I tried calling the # - fast busy signal. I emailed NUMEROUS times with no response. I pm'd on Facebook and the message is unread. I wish I read reviews before buying. Absolutely horrendous and I hope karma catches the person that is stealing all this money. She should be ashamed of herself.
Not only did I not get my order but they never ever respond to the customers, no email replies nor do they answer their phones! Filed a dispute with PayPal and they never even responded to PayPal, extremely poor customer service and support
Never received items and there is no way to get in touch with anyone... It took 10 days for a reply by email and all it said was due to high demand, items will be shipped in 5-7 business days. It's been over a month and nothing. Disputed with my credit card. We should open a class action law suit. What a rip off.
DO not shop from this site, they don't respond via their email, the telephone goes to voicemail hell! They d double shipments, no way to cancel on their website. I am in contact with a lawyer for theft/ fraud for this company!
Ordered on January 20th, never received my order- you can clearly see via the tracking link that it is with them, not me. They refuse to acknowledge it or refund my money. Thieves. Look them up on the BBB website. Over 300 complaints filed.
I ordered from LIVLUVSHOP in February. They are horrible business people. I have emailed and called a dozen times. There is no way to leave a message and they respond to no emails. They are quick to charge your credit card and take money...

I ordered a shirt and pants on March 3rd, I have no received them, I have emailed the company 2 times with no response. I then looked at reviews and am not suprised at all, I just wish I had looked before I bought. I lost $64.66 because of them. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Federal Trade. I found this company on www.sunbiz.org and found the owners information, every point of contact is "unavailable" Ms. Weingartner, you are a dishonest thief and you owe a lot of people their money back! PLEASE send complaints on this company so this corrupt woman is stopped!

I lucked out! I ordered the Lana jeans, ignored the negative reviews. I tried them on and loved them. They are a nice stretchy bell bottom jean. They fit perfect. They arrived in a week
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
