DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge your card and you'll receive NO confirmation or tracking. They don't respond to emails or messages and it takes more than 6 weeks on average to get your order. Waste of time, money and energy!
I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. I placed an order about a month ago, PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and I have yet to receive my order, they don't have any sense of customer service whatsoever, several calls made, no answer, emails sent no response, I've already filed a dispute with PayPal. They were quick to charge my account but once they get that money, they seem to have forgotten about sending updates or even shipping my order. Never again!

I ordered a pajama set a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have an order number but can not get in touch with any customer service. The e-mail address *******@ilivluvshop.com. Bounces back and the mail box is full for the only number I can find on line. This is a terrible business and I will be contacting Pay Pal and Better Business Bureau.
Item ordered one month ago, they had no problem taking my money but have not sent the item, nor have they made any communication of the status of the item.

Took them over a month to get my order to me, I even paid extra for faster shipping! When I contacted the company they did not care one bit and were unapologetic! They barely responded to my emails because they knew they were in the wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered two items on 05/30 and have yet to receive my items, however, my card has been charged for the total. I emailed the address I saw on a promo email I got and they responded instructing me to email an alternative email. Which I did last week and haven't received any response. I've also tried to call and the voicemail box is full. I would like a full refund but don't see that happening at this point because I can't even communicate with the company. Very cute products but NOT worth losing your money.

I ordered my shirt on May 15th just got an email today saying it was delivered yesterday, June 5th TO WHERE I HAVE NO FREAKIN IDEA BUT DEFIANTLY NOT TO ME!

Ordered on April 14,4 weeks later nothing so I emailed, - week later I got an email stating they would "send it right out", 3 more weeks pass by & still nothing so I emailed them again, no response. So On week 8 of still nothing I claimed it through PayPal who got my $63 back. I hate using the word shady, but nothing else comes to mind for LIVLUVSHOP, stay away from them.

Ordered over a month and a half ago and still to receive the order. Called and their voicemail is full? Sent numerous emails. On top it all I paid for 2-4 day shipping!
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
