Sure wish I looked up reviews before I placed my order. This shop has such cute items showing on Facebook. I got sucked in. Same as every body else ~no contact after order and voice mail full but they sure did take the money from Paypal FAST. Asking for a refund from Paypal. So disappointed in LIVLUVSHOP and Facebook for letting LIVLUV "sell" on their site.
I ordered a shirt September 3rd. Heard nothing until September 19th. Tracking email said pre-shipment status. It's now October 8th. No shirt. No response to SEVERAL emails. No response to Facebook messages! I just want my shirt or a refund! This is ridiculous... they have no problem taking my money but can't ship a shirt! Sometimes people just suck!
These people are scam artists. Beautiful products, great prices. But you'll never receive your item. Email as many times as you want and they won't answer back. Call and their mailbox is completely full. I urge anyone that has placed an order to call PayPal and request a stop payment. Also call the Better Business Bureau. These people need to be stopped. We are spending our hard earned money so these people can live large while we sit and wait for something that will never come. Please. DO

Ordered 2 tees before reading reviews. Saw ads on Facebook & thought no scam would be so prominently seen on social media... WRONG! After emailin & attempting to call (full voicemail box), I turned to PayPal. After a few weeks, I have my money back. Absolutely ZERO contact from livluv shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! As many others have said, they really deserve a zero rating.

I placed an order for a t-shirt and bracelet on 8/19/16. By 9/3 I had received no shipping confirmation so I sent an e-mail to LivLuvShop customer service asking about the status of my order. I finally received a response 9 days later (9/12) stating they apologized for the delay but my order was being processed for shipping and I would receive a shipping confirmation that week. By 9/12 no shipping confirmation so I e-mailed again... no response. By 9/24 no shipping confirmation so I e-mailed again... no response. I finally got shipping confirmation on 9/30. The package was delivered today (10/3) BUT IS MISSING THE BRACELET with a note inside saying the bracelet would be shipped separately. Also the t-shirt is HUGE, not a women's medium at all, more just an adult (male) medium. Horrible.

Worst. Company. Ever. They don't deliver the merchandise, they DO charge your credit card, they do NOT respond to queries. Do not be fooled. You can find the items they sell almost anywhere else. This company is awful.
I wish I would have looked up this site first... ordered water bottles (3) and one came scuffed... i emailed 5 times and finally got a "we will sent you a new one" email and it still hasnt arrived. The worst company, customer service... everything... should be SHUT DOWN!

Ordered a shirt about a month never have received it. I have called numerous times but no answer and voicemail is full. Guess I'm going to have to file a dispute with credit card company. If you don't have the product don't sell it.

I wish I had checked into this company before ordering. This is a nightmare. I ordered a shirt and was sent the wrong size. The error was not on my part. I called and emailed over 6 times and still have not received a response regarding their mistake. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting this resolved. AWFUL.

Same story. Ordered about a month ago and nothing. After complaining on Instagram several days ago, got an email saying my order shipped but "tracking hasn't moved". Such a lie! Haven't heard anything since. Phone number is to a full mailbox so no messages can be left. How convenient! I've initiated a legal claim to get my money back and will go up the legal ladder as high as possible to get this thief shut down.
Terrible transaction and terrible customer service. They were paid via paypal and never shipped my order. I emailed company twice - no response. I disputed order in paypal. Then they ship one of the 2 shirts I ordered. Now will have to request refund via pay pal for the shirt they did not and claim they shipped on the packing slip. Run away!
I placed and paid for an order 8/31 and have not received my purchase. THIS IS STEALING! I have emailed, messaged, and called but no one has acknowledged any of the communication sent. Lesson learned, hopefully PayPal protection will come through. Truly disappointed. This is stealing!
Never received my order, sent numerous emails and nothing have filed a compliant with the Attorney Generals office. I encourage anyone that has not received merchandise do the same.
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
