Cute t-shirt. I order. Pay. Get email saying that they received the order. A week goes by. Get an email that it shipped. It never shipped. Weeks later, nothing. No return emails. No way to leave a message since their voicemail is always full. Now, I have Visa refunding my money. Don't waste your time with them!
Placed an order on August 18th, my credit was charged and paid, still haven't received my order. Place multiple calls but customer service voice mail box is always full, no response from emails either. Cute clothes and would love to support them but this is unacceptable

I placed an order on August 13th for a pair of jeans and a tee. I went with regular shipping because like some of you last time I paid extra for rush shipping and of course 2 weeks later I got it. Well this time I ordered regular shipping. But that was a month ago and I have emailed them 4 times and only got one email back which was on the 31st saying it was going out next week. Well next week has already come and gone. And still no more emails. The thing is right now I could have used that money ( which they have already taken it off my credit card) because my husband has cancer and I have to drive him everyday for the next 33 days to radiation and chemo treatments. Which is 2 hours away from where I live. They should not be able to do this to people. It is not right. The girl that emailed me (Kailey was her name) is no longer answering my emails and their voicemail is full. So I can't leave a message. Someone should be able to do something or figure out how to get ahold of someone else.

I placed an order for a shirt 13 days ago, it shows on their site allow 5-7 business days for delivery conformation. After 7 days I received an email saying my order had shipped, I checked the USPS tracking code and all it said was "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item", I sent them an email asking when I should expect to receive it. No answer. 3 days later, still shows "lPre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item", another email sent since I did not receive a reply the first time. Now it has been 13 days since I have placed my order, 7 days from when it showed it "shipped", 3 emails and multiple calls later with no response from email and voicemail full. This place is a scam, they take your money and do not send you your item.
I ordered from this company and paid extra for 2-4 day shipping and after 3 weeks I emailed them with no response and called them and their voice mailbox is always full. I have since emailed them 3 more times and get no response and have not received my items that they debited from my account! Do not buy from this company!
They'll take your money just don't expect to see anything in return. They don't respond to emails FB messages or phone calls because you can't leave them a message. It's all bogus. Should be NO stars.
I have two orders that were charged to my card but I have not received a shipping email as promised. I've emailed and called several times and have received 0 response. What a BAD company! DON't shop here... I would pick 0 stars if I could thier customer service is none existant
It's been a month since I placed an order and I've emailed them at least 4 times and got 1 response back saying "we apologize it's taking so long, we will ship it out this week and should receive confirmation thank you for your patience" DO NOT ever order from this place. It's a scam and when you call them it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. So livid and they will never get my business ever again!
Like everyone else, I wish I would've read reviews first. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive anything. I've emailed, called (voicemail is conveniently full) etc. I'm about to get the company's address and send someone I know down there to investigate. This is such a scam.
I placed an order over a month ago! After 3 weeks I emailed, got a "sorry it is taking so long, we are shipping this week: response. I now have received an email from them saying that my items were delivered but I never received them. I have asked 3 times for a full refund and those request have gone unanswered. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company!
I wouldn't order from here again if THEY paid me to. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, in my order confirmation email it said 2-4 days processing time. I've emailed the company 3 times, sent them a Facebook message, 2 comments on Instagram and NO response. If it truly takes this long to get a pair of pants they need to state it. I'm thinking that I will never receive my order.
To say I am extremely frustrated would be an understatement. I placed an order almost a month ago and even paid for expedited shipping. I have emailed several times and have even Facebook messaged and posted on their wall them with ZERO response. My order was well over $100 and I can't even get a hold of this bogus company. Are you kidding? Do not waste your time or money. I've never had service at this horrible level and I would have never ordered had I know this would be the situation I ended up in. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and I do not advise anyone should order from them. EVER!
I wish there was a way to get this company (which is actually a business out of her home) taken off the Web, Facebook & every other social media out there so no one else has the misfortune of dealing with them! I ordered something 3 months ago & on the day I placed the order immediately my charge card showed the transaction. I tried calling the number listed but it said the voicemail was full (no doubt with messages from very aggitated customers as myself) so then I started emailing Kailey whom I believe owns this at the end of July (a month after placing the order) inquiring when I'd receive the water bottle I ordered & finally received a response 4 days later stating the item is still in production. I told her it was a gift for someone & needed it by the middle of August. She responded 3 days later saying she couldn't guarantee shipment by then. So I said fine just cancel the order & refund my credit card. To which she said Sorry all sales are final! I'm so angry at whoever this poor excuse of a business woman is! She needs to be shut down! Now I should say at the very end of this that today the damn thing finally showed up... not that I can do anything with it now!
I wish I could give a 0! Took me 4 months to get my order... Only got half refunded two things the rest was cheap quality the has broken first time worn or the letters have crack and come off second time washing.
I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered something in August which was to be delivered in September, instead their delivery schedule says October. So I went in to cancel and sent them an email and a facebook message. Their reply was that they were getting my order ready to send "right away." NOW today, they took an additional $36 out for NO reason. I'm on the phone with my bank. I cannot believe this. I tried to call their customer service number which of course is closed.
If you think your order is going to ship once payment is taken out, you are mistaken! I am still waiting on an Order I place 5 weeks ago and it was 75.00! I will be sending this to the BBB. Don't open a small business and treat customers like this! I will be speading the word all over Facebook as well
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
