I finally received my tee, after putting in a dispute with Paypal and posting on their FB page twice. But still only 1 start as I ordered the shirt on 8/19 and received it on 9/29/17. Live and learn and I will never shop from this place again.

I placed an order on 8/19, still nothing. I used paypal and put in a dispute which 1 week later they sent a tracking number which meant nothing. Waited a week and per tracking number still in pre-ship phase with nothing being actually shipped out. Thank goodness it was ony 1 shirt. I have escalated with Paypal for a refund. Do not buy from this person.

I cant Believe I even have to give them a one star. Its been over a month since I ordered over $100 worth of items Ive contacted them three times to no avail. These people are ripoffs and need to be taken down. This is wrong

I wouldn't order from this site again. It took over a month to receive my item (which it was purchased as a birthday gift for someone so that was great). I also had to email them to find out what the status was and at that time was told it would be shipped in a couple days - which it wasnt. I can't believe they are still in business or are even considered a business.

Worst Customer Service

Like the below, I ordered a shirt over a month ago. It shipped on 9/14. Nothing. The tracking still shows it is delayed due to the hurricane & at the facility in West Palm Beach. I've tried putting in a dispute with USPS. I've sent multiple emails & tried contacting them on Instagram. No response. I will never buy from them again. Do not purchase here. You can find many of the same items on Etsy.

Still waiting

Still waiting for my ship that "shipped" on September 14th. I'm still hold g out that there's a chance I get this shirt. I'll give it another week before I contact paypal. I sent an email tonight and hope to hear back, but after reading all the reviews, I'm not holding my breath.

So bummed. Their stuff is so cute but like everyone else here I was charged immediately for the shirts I ordered. Sent several emails with no response. Then I looked online to get a refund and it said all sales are final. Thats all. I rarely give bad reviews but their voice mail box is full and they obviously are scamming people if theyre allowing credit card transactions to still go thru even if they dont have the product to mail out. Im so disappointed. I was so excited to have some cute shirts. If this happened to you just dispute the charge

No product, no contact

I placed my order over a month ago. My card was charged immediately but it has yet to ship and after multiple unanswered emails inquiring on the status of my order I have now begun to dispute the charges on Pay Pal. They have yet to respond to PP as well. However, they have all time time in the world to fill up my newsfeed on FB and IG. Don't order from this company, go through Etsy. Prices are the same and customer service is better. Wish I had looked into reviews before purchasing.

Update: after 2 months and no replies from customer service I filed a claim through PayPal and got a full refund. They did not reply to Paypal's inquiry either.

HORRIBLE!

They take forever to send things and can't ever get in touch with them. Many of the things that others have already said. They take your money but no contact, email or otherwise. I have been waiting over a month for things I bought and STILL have not gotten them AND their mailbox is FULL when you call. Emailed w NO response!

I ordered my shirt on 8/22 was immediately charged on my card, never received any comfirmation emails no nothing. I let some time go buy and emailed, they said 10-15 business days it will be shipped and tracking info will update once its on its way. Its now been well over a month, they havent responded to a single email ive sent sense then or instagram/facebook comments/messages. They are a complete scam and i would never purchase or recommend them to anyone you will not get anything you purchased!

Incompetent Owner

This company is terribly run. She does not respond to emails, comments on Instagram or FB, and can't accept phone calls due to a full voicemail box. This company will take your money, say your order has shipped, and you NEVER receive your items or a refund. It is not just me but multiple people are having the same problem. Don't waste your time or your money.

DONT DO IT!

I am never one to complain or write bad reviews about a small business, but after reading the reviews of other people, coupled with my own experience, I have to. First off, the clothes are so cute, but the customer service is awful. Not to mention... they send you a "USPS tracking number" that is not even valid and the items will not be delivered to you. AND OF COURSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I have emailed and contacted them and hear nothing back. I have seen hundreds of people have the same issue as me, so I realize that I won't be getting my money back... or a shirt. So disappointed that these people are STILL getting away with this.

Here is your PSA for Saturday. BUYER BEWARE! Do not do business *******@livluvshop. I ordered on 8/7th, immediately charged and nothing. No product, no updates. Sent numerous emails and finally requested a refund and still nothing. I am not the only one. MANY, MANY shoppers have the same complaint. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a shirt on 8/15, received confirmation that it would ship in 5-7 business days. To my surprise, the next day 8/16 I got a tracking number - USPS said it was in pre-shipment. I gave it a few days, it never moved. I contacted the shop, got no response. I opened a dispute with PayPal. A few days later, she supplied PayPal with the bogus tracking number to close the dispute, and emailed me saying it actually takes 10-15 business days to process. On the 15th business day, I tracked it again, still has not moved. I attempted to contact her again, no response. I escalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal. In my frustration, I left several comments on her posts on Facebook, where she continued to advertise shirts that she never intends to ship. She has since deleted ALL my comments and BLOCKED me from her shop's Facebook page. Nice. So I contacted PayPal today, and I have at least gotten my money refunded to my account. I wish I would have googled this shop and found these reviews and her BBB rating of F before purchasing. As others have said, I would be a customer for life if she wasn't such a shady, unethical person.

I cannot stress enough how much this company is unethical and a total scam some orders go out some orders do not... check with the Better Business Bureau complaint after complaint, cases not being resolved and them not responding. I waited for two months to get something only receiving two responses from them each time they insisted my product was going out they even gave me a tracking number Which turned out to be fake. I've since been refunded my money from MY bank (not the company you process my payment the same day it was ordered kept my money and never shipped me anything) I will never use them again if you decide to use them proceed with caution.

And I wish no ill will on to anyone and I do hope They stay safe during the hurricane...

Placed an order on Aug 11th. Got an email immediatly that my payment was processed. Sent numerous emails before a response was sent to me saying that they would be sending me a notice when the order shipped.
Still havent received the order or email. It has been almost a month now.
Very disappointed. Was going to give these items as a bday gift which now that date has come and gone and still no products received.
