If I could leave a zero start I would. I placed my order on 8/26/17, I just received my order on 11/2 and it was not even the complete order it was short one item. The packing slip clearly noted that the one item did not ship however the autogenerated email they sent said my entire order was shipped. I am completely expecting to get screwed over because this company has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I have sent multiple emails only to receive one very short, pathetic email that didn't even address the issue or answer my question. And I feel the only reason I received an reply back to my email is because I was blowing up their facebook posts with very truthful, honest post about how terrible they are. I will NEVER do business with this company again I hope that anyone reading does not do business with them either!
Ordered my sweatshirts and nothing, weeks went by. Then i received a partial order, no way to contact this shop. They don't respond via social media, even though thats how orders are created. No follow thru, is this even an american company>?

I ordered a shirt from them last year around this time, and had absolutely no issues! Saw another shirt I liked, and ordered it. Then continued to shop the site, and ended up placing an order for over $100. This was on 10/3... The initial shirt shipped within a few days, great! The second order, placed within minutes of the first, has yet to ship. And like the rest of you, have gotten no response to emails. Wish I woulda looked into these reviews prior. But like everyone else, my money was taken that day. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! So annoyed with the level of disrespect a business owner shows to her customers. I guess this is what I get for not taking the time to do my research. Guess I'll be filing a dispute with PayPal! Good luck to us all, that some day we may receive our orders!
WOW! I wish I would've read all these reviews before ordering from this business. I placed my order 10/8, it states you will receive updates and it takes 5-7 business days, they charged my account on 10/10 and it is now 10/26 and I am still yet to receive anything. I have emailed them and tried calling several times and NO RESPONSE. This is a horrible business! Beware!
I ordered two shirts from livloveshop on September 3 2017 it is now October 24 2017 and I have still not received my shirts. 53 days! 53! They take weekend to reply, with some bs message stating shirts will ship and they never do. I have asked for my money back and they have never refunded it for me. Its so ridiculous that they are allowed to function as a company they SUCK

I also wish I would of read the comments on the photos before I placed my order. They don't allow anyone to rate them on their Facebook page, and for good reason for them otherwise they would have any business with all the $#*! reviews they would receive! Myself along with so many others-placed our orders and are STILL WAITING for our orders- Im saying WEEKS of no contact on where my order is. I have tried so many ways to contact them and I haven't received anything back! So I hope this review reaches anyone wanting to buy from Livluvshop and tell them ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO IT.

Do not order from them. My order is taking forever. I emailed and no response until I filed a complaint with PayPal. I told them to cancel my order and they finally responded saying they will send tracking info! I dont want the shirts now! I needed them for an event and no where did it say the orders take 10-15 days for processing!
I ordered a shirt from them and it took forever. When it arrived it was the wrong color. I emailed them twice and finally someone told me that green is all they offer. It was so shown as green or even told anywhere and they basically said sorry thanks for understanding. I don't understand misleading customers. HORRIBLE
FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE. This company charges for merchandise & never ships. There will be no correspondence. Email is "automated" voicemail box is full. I received a FAKE tracking# but, my item was never shipped.

I ordered my shirt on October 4,2017. I paid for 2-4 business days and I still have not received the shirt. On October 9,2017 I received an email from them stating that it was shipped. It is now October 17th and I still have nothing. I emailed them yesterday but surprise surprise, no response yet. I have been tracking it on USPS and for the last week it has shown "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" -- real nice company. I'm thinking a little legal action may encourage their level of professionalism.
Placed my order on 10/3/2017 order #*******, still haven't received order and called customer service multiply times with mail box full, so could not leave message. Emailed them over and over about order. This is very unprofessional and disturbing. Going to go by bank today to see if I can dispute the charges. This company is the biggest JOKE!
Placed my order #******* on August 13. I still have not received my order. I have commented on posts over 30 times, I have direct messaged them, and also emailed them 4 different times and they finally responded on September 14 saying my order would ship in 2-3 business days. 20 business days later and still HAS NOT HAPPENED. Buyers BEWARE!
This company is a rip off. You're lucky if you ever get your items and forget about it being in a timely manner. Then if you get on their social media to get their attention or warn others they'll block you from their pages. They also have time to go through and delete negative comments but apparently have no time to actually ship orders.
The shirt was cute, and with free shipping, it seemed like a steal! Not only did I wait a MONTH for the shirt, I had to email them to say I never received it and wanted a refund (I found it cuter and cheaper on Etsy) and, without a response, the shirt 'magically' got delivered withing 3 days of my email. Ridiculous. The reviewer who said "a dispute will get your item" was right.
The shirt itself was not worth it, it was similar to what I ordered, but if I saw it in real life, I would not have spent $20 on it. The only positive I can say is that it's long, and soft. Other than that, would literally shop ANYWHERE else. Horrible customer handling as well.

Ordered a shirt August 28 and still no shirt. I finally submitted a dispute with my bank on the charges on October 5. Surprise, the company shipped my item on October 5 after the dispute. I would say, if you want your item to be shipped, file a dispute!
Based on my experience & the rest of yours, all of our voices combined by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau might stop these crooks! Im so sick and tired of ordering from these small companies we all see advertising such cute stuff and then either getting order NEVER (Modern Baby/Now Tot Company) or receiving order a million years later and nothing fits ( PatPat) or this equally lame excuse for a small business!
As you can tell by all the other reviews, this company has very bad business practices! I ordered a shirt over a month ago and still have not received it and the company wont respond to my emails! On top of that, their website says all sales final. What a way to get over on people and take their money! Scam artists is what they are!
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
