I have ordered from them MANY times and spent a lot of money there and have never had a problem until now.

I placed an order on 10/11 and got an email that it was out for shipping on 10/18. I then got an email saying it was delivered to my address then immediately got another email saying returned to sender. I NEVER got a package and I NEVER returned to sender.

I gave it a few days to see if it was returned to them which it was. I then reached out to them via email, Facebook, and phone which none of them seemed to work. I messaged them 3 times on Facebook, which they recommended- no response. I called the number provided which goes straight to a recorded voicemail which the voice mailbox is full so you can't leave anything. I emailed them twice before getting a reply on 11/9 basically asking a question that the answer was stated in my original email. I replied same day and got no reply. I sent another email on 11/21 and again today 11/29.

It's been well over a month and I've been charged for something I never received and they are absolutely no help.

I NEVER write bad reviews but for a company to take your money and not give you the product that you paid for or try and help with an issue, I feel like it is much needed.

Apparently all sales are final meaning when you hit the pay button they made the sale. So you can no longer get a refund when you find out that their processing time is 10-15 days. Not the usual 2-4 or so. I unfortunately found out the hard way and now cant get my money back. I dont even know how the quality of the shirts are. This company seems to do business is a shady way.

CHEAP Not worth it!

The t-shirt looked good in the pic but when I got my shirt it was very thin, almost see through and cheaply made. Not worth the $24 I paid. Walmart has better shirts. It did take about two weeks to get the order.

Horrifying

Almost spent a lot of money until I talked to friends and read the reviews! In light of the holiday " enter at your own risk"! If you're in the business of literally throwing money in the garbage or like to take chances go ahead and order from here!

First after a month I had to contact paypal which prompted them to get my stuff out within a week. But these were not what i ordered at all the leggings were more like see through tights 3 times smaller then I ordered. The baddest witch on the block sweatshirt isnt a sweatshirt at all but also very very thin (thinner then a T-shirt - half sleeved shirt)(not sweat shirt) also 2 sizes to small. I asked the company to send me a shipping label to send back for a refund and they refused and wouldnt send label and said they would not refund me either. I would have to pick something from there store and i already had to wait for 1 month for first order and do not trust them anymore to make transactions on time or there stuff they sell is cheap.

I ordered a shirt for a trip to Salem, Ma. I never received tracking information and I called and emailed multiple times. Today, 17 days later I recieved my shirt. Sadly this missed my trip. This shirt is very cute. Order, but do not be in a hurry!

Couldn't of been happier

I read some of the negative reviews after I already ordered, and was a little concerned. I was so pleasantly surprised when my order of 2aweatshirts, 2 t-shirts, and a pair of lounge pants within 6 business Days. The shirts are so cute, true to size and of good quality. Can't wait to make my next order. THANK YOU, a very happy customer!

I wish I had looked at these reviews before placing my order with this company. After finally receiving my shirt i was not happy with it the minute I opened it. For ONE the color is washed up and extremely rough and TWO the shirt definitely does not look like the nice pictures they take online. I looked all over the website to see if some how I can report this company bc I've never experienced this bad of a product specially for what I paid for. Even wall-mart has better materials. Do not buy anything from here.

I felt like I needed to write a review due to all of the negative feedback I have seen for LivLuvShop. After placing an order on 9/4 and waiting until about 9/15 without any word, I looked at reviews for this seller and was so bummed to see all of the negative reviews. I was expecting that I would never receive my order after reading all of the bad comments. I contacted the seller, and they reminded me that they ask for 10-15 days to process the order before shipping. True to their word, I received a tracking number on the 16th day, and my items arrived via USPS from Florida to California around five days after that. All items were as pictured and of good quality. In a world of Amazon Prime, it's easy to get frustrated when an order takes over two weeks to arrive, so my advice is to plan ahead! It may not be quick, but your order WILL come--at least it did for me. I'm quite pleased with my purchase, and I will definitely order from this seller again.

Placed order a month ago. Have emailed no less than 6 times asking for an update. Tried to call, but voicemail is full. This site is an actual joke. With all of the competition out there, skip over this store and find one that cares about customer service! Filing complaint with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered three T-shirt's and paid for express shipping. On day 9 or 10 I emailed them and was told that they take 10-15 BUSINESS days to process orders. Are they growing the cotton?! Good heavens. This policy is buried in their "About Us" section of their website, along with "All sales final". So I made it my mission to make them miserable by emailing EVERY DAY some snarky comments and finally they refunded my money. On "real world" day 17. Yep, after 17 days they still had not "processed" my order. So good luck and buyer beware. Kailey in their so called customer service department is worthless... until you make her mad enough and she refunds your money.

If you notice, you cant write a review on the website about the items they sell... you cant write a review on their facebook page either... This company is fake! I've never encountered anything like this. Good luck getting through to anyone too... once they get your money youre dead to them...

Deceptive Shipping Policy

I ordered from them on 8-11-18 and was given the option for expedited shipping, which I paid for. After 10 days without a shipping notification I emailed the company asking for an update. I was told that they needed 10-15 days to PROCESS the order which was NOT clear when placing the order. When I asked to cancel the order I was informed that "All Sales are Final". Are you joking? There wasn't a sale - they just took my money! Now it's been 17 days and no items and no additional emails. I filed a dispute with my CC company and also put a complaint on the BBB. This company clearly shouldn't be allowed to do business. Total scam.

I ordered from this site and over a month later they just up and refunded my item so i would quit asking where my order was with no choice of mine. All month they either ignored my emails or just put me of by saying it will be 10 to 15 business days or I just checked your order and it will be shipped in 5 business days and of course after that kept dragging it on and on until they just emailed me that they had refunded my order. Talk about customer service.

Waste of money

Ordered 3 weeks ago and item still not processed yet they took my money the minute I placed the order. Every time I email they say another 3-5 bus days. Tried to cancel cuz i won't get them In time for the trip I ordered them for despite placing it a month In Advance and now they won't respond. Guess i will have to dispute the charge with my bank then, what a hassle.

I ordered shirts from here in May and still have not got them I wanted them for vacation but I guess since thats tomorrow thats not happening. My package is nowhere to be found. Its Supposedly in transit... So dont waste your money yes the shirts are cute when you actually receive them. All I know is if it doesnt come soon they will be giving me my money back!
