I wrote to let them know but they advised there was nothing they could so. I'm very unhappy and displeased the shirts are plaine and not of good quality either.
Placed an order on 5/23/20 and it "shipped" on 5/27/20. It's now 6/27/20 and I have yet to receive. Not only have I not received, the tracking number is no longer available. I have contacted customer service three times with only one initial response stating,
"Thank you so much for shopping with us! We ask 10-5 business days for processing on all orders. We do preprint all shipping labels with the order invoices to ensure a faster shipping process during fulfillment. Once your order is scanned by DHL, you will see movement on your tracking. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. You are going to LOVE your new tees!"
Contacted again on 6/20/20 and 6/27/20 with no response. Will never order from this company again.
I didn't have a problem with my shipping like so many... however, the quality of the items I have received are very poor. After looking at the other items on the website I decided to order the mystery shirts. I was excited when my package was received and equally disappointed when I opened my package. The quality of what I received is very subpar.
I saw the advertisement on Facebook about this shop. I'm always up for supporting small businesses, so I decided to give them a try. I chose a mystery clothing item and a mystery jewelry item. I thought how fun!
The jewelry item was a hair tie with a gold starfish attached to it... not impressed. Plus I had to pay shipping on this.
Absolute disappointment. I feel ripped off, I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Everyone beware of the "mystery" items...
I am very unhappy with the 3 for $21 Mystery Tees - they are basically three of the same shirt. Additionally, the shipping that was advertised as 3-5 business days actually took 10 business days. When I reached out to the company to inquire, the reply was "Thank you so much for shopping with us! We ask 10-15 business days for processing on all orders. This business is horrid. I purchased three t-shirts and moment's after purchase I noticed the auto fill had the incorrect address. I emailed them and I did not hear back for three days. Their response was nothing short of too bad, you should receive the items shorty. They did not correct the address, stop the shipment or offer anything. Honestly, I've had better customer service with booths on the side of the street.
I bought a pair of pajamas. Easy enough. They said is it was XL - 2XL. I'm usually about an XL. These weren't even close. They were cute though but the sizing was way off.
They did ship quick. I'll give them that.
But no where anywhere during the purchase process did they say 'all sales are final.'
So the lessons are: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY or any company that floats up an IG ad.

I was not immediately sent an invoice to my email, I did have to call but the number on their site at the bottom of the home screen does work and if you press 0 you are directed to a real and helpful person. I was sent an emailed invoice during the call and was also informed they are currently up to date on orders and processing shouldn't take more than 5 days and after that I will be emailed with a tracking number. I have high hope I will receive my order. I will update when my items are received with pics!
I placed an order from this company, after two weeks of placing my order, my order still was not shipped. I paid for 5-7 day shipping. I emailed twice and never received a response. I looked company up on Better Business Bureau and found multiple complaints against Liv Luv Shop. I made a complaint and notified the company of my complaints, finally they responded with "thanks for your order, we will email you when it has shipped." I responded with "cancel my order immediately". They responded with "sales are final." Still never received a package to this day. I had to file a fraud charge with credit card.
I placed my order on 2/3/2020 and the website said it would take 5 to 7 days. My order did not arrive until 2/16/2020 and the transfers were crooked. I ordered these for Valentine's Day for gifts for my daughter and I had to go out and buy something different. The transfers were so crooked and disoriented. There was no text nor follow up nor email stating that there would be a delay in my order. I am so so disappointed. I do not recommend this site whatsoever. I also ordered a sweatshirt which arrived but it was so thin I would not call it a sweatshirt or fleece. Again, I do not recommend.
Ordered a couple shirts in Medium and they showed up like a size 2X... Too big to wear. One of the shirts was for Valentines day! Called customer service and they were very rude and seemed to not care about trying to get another shirt delivered on time. And no refunds are available... So my understanding is that the shirts are too big to wear even in a small but you are forced to purchase or exchange with them... Out of all the shops and boutiques I have ordered from this company doesn't care about its customers! Shop some where else ladies!
There is a tiny link on the bottom of the page for refund policy. They should be a lot more transparent. They do print it on your invoice when the package arrives.
I ordered a pair of lounge pants and customer service was very helpful in facilitating my item. They were received within 2 weeks.

I placed an order 28 business days ago, 38 actual days ago and still have not received my order. I was then 9 days ago that my order shipped and was sent a tracking number. The tracking number I received 9 days ago still says pre-shipment. The last person I spoke with promised my order was out and that I would recive it Saturday or Monday but would not provide me with another tracking number. Its now Tuesday, no order, no tracking number, not answering emails or calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I still have no order, no refund! Read all online reviews!
I placed 2 orders with them on September 13th and received a order confirmation for only one order. I emailed them because I haven't heard anything from them, and it's the 24th. I live only 4 hrs away from their address! I've even called, and what a joke that is! The recording answered LivLuv jewelry and no one ever answers. I'm fed up with the games. I guess Facebook and Instagram will be my next stop to warn others about how this place operates. My bank is opening a case against them. I advise anyone who has this problem, to report it to your bank, forget PayPal they are a waist of time. Hope this helps.
I should have read these reviews before I ordered from here. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I still have not received my order from 2 months ago. I have sent multiple emails, as you cannot get through to either phone number. I contacted the BBB a few weeks ago, and they have not received a response from this shop either. How can this place stay in business? They should be arrested.
Terrible customer service. Terrible quality of clothes. Took over a month to get my order. I contacted them and they ignored it until they sent the order over a month later. When i received the order my shirt was fraying at the edges and i contacted them about it and they have ignored it for the last month. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not order from here. I fell for the Instagram ads and their profile on various social media sites. Zero response through multiple different formats regarding an order that was shipped months late. Then, when I finally received my order, it was the wrong size (ordered a small, got a large- not sure how they messed that up). Their sales are "final" and they refuse to "bend" this insane rule, even when it's their fault. I love supporting small businesses and I do so frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. Horrendous in every sense of the word.
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
