I ordered from them on a whim when I saw some super cute clothes in a Facebook ad. I placed two different orders and then happened to see the reviews after the orders were placed. I immediately regretted ordering from them and the terrible reviews left me wondering if I would ever see my stuff. I paid with Paypal, so I was at least comforted knowing that I had some recourse if things went south. I looked on the website and saw that everything is made to order and takes a couple weeks to make on top of the shipping. So I patiently waited. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only received the items, but I actually loved them. I did have to wait awhile for them, but I did not feel like it was any longer than what they had estimated. The one issue I had was the pants I had ordered appeared to be dark gray with pink flowers in the picture, but turned out to be light gray with peachy flowers. They were still really pretty, so I did not mind too much, but they no longer matched the shirt I bought with them. They did turn out to be my new favorite pants though. They are so comfortable and fit perfect. I ended up ordering the wine bottle pants as well and love them too! I have placed 3 or 4 orders from Liv Luv Shop so far and have not had an issue, so I consider myself lucky. I will order from them again for sure.
They stole my money. They charge my account never issue me the product. They would not answer when I emailed. When I finally got someone one the phone they said they were the customer service person and manger. The company rips people off and should be shut down!
After placing an order with the Liv Luv Shop, I noticed all the bad reviews that they got. My experience has been good. I have placed two orders with them. Both orders came with 3 weeks. I contacted customer service with a question and got an answer within 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about the Liv Luv shop.
I placed a large $240 order as my 2nd time ordering with them. The order took almost 3 weeks before saying it was delivered on my doorstep. I was at work at the time of delivery. However, I had a neighbor walk over shortly after it was said toad been delivered. There was no package. I assumed it had been stolen. I called the company and was told they don't typically reimburse but I could email Kailey. I sent 1 email and did get a response suggesting I check with neighbors and locations around my home. They hope I understand they couldn't do much. I responded aggressively saying it was bad business practice not to re-send items when they have been stolen. Kailey did respond saying that if they could not locate the items, they could re-send the items. 7 emails back to them checking... I have not gotten any response back or any items sent to me. I have also tried to call at many times of the day and always get a recording. It has been 8 weeks and I do not see anyway they are going to rectify this problem. I am planning on reporting them.
Again... do not buy anything from them!
This is my 2nd time ordering from Liv Luv and I have had no problems. I just ordered on March 29th and my order came today. April 4th. Less than a week and I didn't pay for Rush shipping,, just the normal $4 shipping fee. I purchased the Wife Mom Boss T and the Chaos Coordinator T and they are good quality shirts. I ordered the large b/c other reviews say it runs small but my T's were true to size. I should have ordered my normal size medium.
You never hear about the good reviews b/c people only review when they have a problem. I just wanted to put my two-sense in and let you know this company is legit!

This shope sent me the wrong shirt and promised they would send out another one. Well, I never received it after multiple emails and messages. The initial shipment also took weeks to receive even after paying for expediates shipping. I would never order from them again or recommend them. Awful customer service.
Placed an order 3 weeks before Christmas. $146.00 worth of merchandise. My credit card was charged the same day but order NEVER RECEIVED. I kept sending emails asking for status of shipping... SEVEN emails to be exact. I also tried to send messages through Facebook. All correspondence went unanswered. Then I checked the Better Business Bureau in Florida. I wish I had done this beforehand! MANY, MANY consumer complaints. Finally, after four weeks of this, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I shop online all the time and have never encountered such a scam!
Purchased a hat, two sweatshirts, joggers and slippers
Never received the joggers or slippers. Took over two months just to get the sweatshirts and hat. Terrible service. After reading reviews I don't get a good feeling. I sent an email and have yet to hear a reply. It's been several weeks.
Terrible! I love the sweatshirt I received, but I also ordered PJ pants, and they have yet to arrive, over a month after my order was placed with NO communication from them! I've emailed several times. STAY AWAY.
On 11/3/2017 I ordered the brodie scoop dress, always late sweatshirt, and thankful AF sweatshirt. 11/17/2017 I received the dress with a note stating the other items would ship separately. I emailed Liv Luv Shop 4 times to try to find out when my other items would ship/arrive, never got one reply or acknowledgement of my request. I proceeded with a claim on PayPal and that is when I finally on 12/11/2017 I received my always late sweatshirt which was as advertised. However, my Thankful AF sweat$#*! is NOT a sweatshirt. It is a thin long sleeve shirt. It obviously arrived after Thanksgiving and is not even close to what is advertised on the site. I am still pursing the claim with PayPal. Please see the attached picture. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! You either will not get your items or it will not be what they promise.
Placed my order on Nov 21,2017 for 1 shirt, on Nov 22nd they debited my account and said my order was on the way. They gave me a USPS tracking number, which is no good! I have sent 3 emails but I have not received any response. I should of read the reviews, amazed this company is still in business after reading all the bad reviews
At least I can say that I received my order, and in a decent amount of time. I was lucky in that regard, but when I got my shirt there was this huge white mark across the chest, I think from when the letters were put on, there must have been a problem with the press. I contacted them and they said they would ship me a new one - but, of course, they didn't. But I still consider myself lucky because I had a friend who never received her two shirts. So I wear my shirt around the house, and it's better to have a big white stain than to not have a shirt at all. Either way - don't buy from them. Contact the BBB. They should be shut down.
I placed an order and for some reason was informed by the Post Office that the address was incorrect (not sure what address Liv Luv entered) and my order was shipped back. I have reached out to twice for a refund and received no response!

It has been almost 2 months since i placed my order and i only received 3 out of the 8 shirts i ordered! I have tried contacting them through email 3 times and tried calling only to hear that their voicemail is full!
I ordered black Friday shirts at the beginning of the month and I Won't be reciving them till Saturday the 25th. What good does that do me or my sister to have them after the fact and it does not take tbay long to make and ship! They don't refund so now I'm stuck with shirts I can't use! Seriously hate this company and they need to be shut down... no one is getting there stuff!

I never received my shirt. I sent emails and got response it is being processed. Still no delivery. I put in a claim to Pay Pay. Seems this business is a fraud!
Answer: They do not have a return policy as far as I can tell. I have blocked them from my bank account and I have sent them numerous emails asking them to cancel. They wait about 48 hours and write back "thanks, we're shipping your order right away." They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. My guess is they don't need a return policy since they don't seem to ever ship anything out. I also did some investigative work yesterday and it appears they are using the street address of an abused women's shelter. I will be calling the West Palm Beach police department today.
Answer: Call your bank and issue what is called a chargeback. Your bank will temporarily put the funds back into your account. The bank will ask why you are issuing a chargeback, you simply say you have not received your order. The merchant will have to respond to the claim. If they do not respond or if they do not have a good reason as to why you have not received your order, they will find in your favor and the money will permanently stay in your account. The bank almost always finds in your favor.
Answer: So good thing you canceled your order because I sat and waited and then mine was late and the quality was horrible.
