TOOK $1000 on my CC, did not deliver Magnaflow exhaust. Contacted Magnaflow and the Part was discontinued years ago Magnaflow never received a PO from HOTEXHAUST. The don't answer the phone and Call block customers with complaints and forward it to voice mail. Once they have your $$ your call blocked! You will never reach another real person again. Orders outstanding. They don't return calls or Emails. Have filed a Compliant with CC VISA. Don't delay you complaint to your CC company. Hotexhaust will try and delay you past your recourse period with there BS. Call or Text Dan *******635 for more info

After months of this item being backordered through another site, I was able to order this through Hottexhuast.com and it was delivered in 3 business days. My only question is: Where the heck were you 3 months ago when I was attempting to get this part then?

Order 4 CATS over a month ago. 3 were delivered one is still on back order, I have no idea when it will be delivered. They hardly every answer the phone. When they do they lie about the delivery schedule. If you leave a message they NEVER return the call. Thy aren't even responding to my emails. I'm going to have to call my bank and lodge a dispute, Maybe that will get their attention. If you have ANY other choice about who to order from AVOID these guys!

I knew what exhaust I wanted and just googled the part number. Of all the places that had it for sale, hottexhaust Had a very comparable price but when I logged into the website They gave me a discount code immediately and it knocked the price down lower than any other website including eBay and Amazon. I researched the website hoping it was not a scam. Reviews were mixed but since they allowed me to pay with PayPal I assumed it would be safe. My exhaust was delivered about one week after it was ordered. I had an email with a tracking number 2 days after my order was placed. The package wasn't beat up or damaged at all. All the parts were there and I am happy with the purchase and the purchase experience.

These guys came in clutch when no one else would. I live in California and it's hard to get a catalytic converter at a great price with all the requirements for the state I live in. Thanks hott exhaust!

I've been researching the Magnaflow system for my 2009 Dakota 4.7 V8 a couple years now, so much that the price jumped $85. Of the 6 or 7 online companies, these guys offered a great deal and kept free shipping. They also made the use of the discount code very easy to understand and apply. The other places had code application on the confusing side. With this I expected a slow and unresponsive delivery. I was wrong about that, even with this coming from the west to east coast... was pleasantly surprised it got delivered quicker than est. And in good shape. Pulled the parts out of the box and it's all there and in good shape! So ended up paying less that I would have back in Jan. 2019 when I started looking! Would look to Hottexhaust again for future purchases, and suggest you do the same!

This company processed and shipped my order from stock in a day and it arrived at my door in Florida 3 days later. From Canada! Most companies I have delt with in the state take longer just to process the order. Also most companies especially on Ebay, dont stock anything they just order from someone else and have them ship the item. That tasks a long time sometimes. HottExhaust stocks what they sell and will tell you if they dont have it in stock. They had a winter sale going on and with the discount the price was excellent. They use Fedex (my fave) and it arrived with no damage. That alone was amazing. So if you need an exhaust system without the exhausting wait times this is the place to get it.

Overall excellent. OEM quality California Compliant GM Catalytic Convertor system by Magnaflow. Perfect fit and everything necessary for the installation is included. Price was far lower than the dealership and core credit issued quickly.

I was looking on-line for 2 catalytic converters, found HOTT Exhaust, looked at their ratings, called to make sure they were legit, and received them 3 days later. Yay! John was great!

It was easy to find and order the product that I needed, Great price plus I used the Christmas discount. The converter came in on time. It fits perfectly for my car. Event gaskets and bolts were included. Customer service was there to answer my call when I phoned them. Ery satisfied with the whole experience. Keep up a great work.

Ordered on the 5th of December. I called today the 16th and was told it won't be shipped until the 30 of December now. I could have gotten it on Amazon a lot faster. So the guy in customer service says well I cancel the order and refund your money. Yes cancel my order and Ill order from someone who actually has it in stock. I wanted this new muffler sooner than the 30th. Even with the Black Friday discounted price its not worth the wait.
