Hottexhaust is great company great customer service. I order a Catalytic converter. For my 2014 Honda Accord sport. I spoke to brain at customer service and told him that I needed it right away. He went out his way. An had it ship to me in a few short days through FedEx... Right to my doorstep on time. And this company has nothing but the best products for your vehicle exhaust system. Magnaflow is known for their quality products and HOTT Exhaust should be known for their solid customer service. On a holiday weekend someone contacted me via email and made the changes to my order so that it could ship with the proper product Monday! This is after I made a mistake. Product shipped out with no delay! Another rarity, I spoke with someone when I called their number! Thank youl
I ordered a full exhaust from headers back cost 1500 on August 13 2020 after calling multiple times (they never answer there phone ever) I finally got an email thats states back ordered. I emailed again and asked for a full refund because were a month in and no exhaust yet. So I get an email almost right away but it was not a refund it was a tracking # i thought ok at least ill have the exhaust. Nope wrong again instead of refunding me then sent half my order stating the other half is on the way. Well its November 24 2020 and I have yet to see my full order. Yeah I have a tracking # But that was for 3 weeks ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they don't care about customer service. I have proof of everything I just wrote. I tried to review hotexhaust them selves but I'm pending approval lol

At first I was nervous from some of the reviews I've read. So, I called and spoke with John (who knew his stuff) about replacement Catalytic converter‘s (CARB version) and a muffler. I got the Magnaflow front and rear Cat's for my 2002 Toyota 4 runner and muffler for a great price. And I shopped around 1st but Hottexhaust had the best price.
Received everything in a few days. Everything was sent from Magnaflow.

No problems with ordering and shipping - very helpful and easy especially considering that it was sent to Europe, very quick! Fitting needed a bit of work as the hanging brackets on the centre pipe didn't match and required some insightful adaptation... End tips do hang out more than stock, I appreciate the look, but it does draw more attention. Sound is hardly changed at all, it is slightly better, especially at the start of the torque curve, but I was hoping for more. On the plus side, there is no drone at all in the vehicle.
The exhaust looks perfect, I live in Quebec, so I am waiting for the snow tire season to pass to get it installed, i'll let you know if I like the sound later. It was packed very well. Delivery was quick, no shipping fee. Thank you.

Good luck trying to return anything. The cat I got was missing holes for the oxygen sensor when I called they said all you can just drill those yourself sometimes that happens even though it clearly says on the box if you mess with that manufacture warranty voided. Worse when you call you can transfer to help ordering a catalytic converter or customer service interesting they would be different the difference is they actually answer the phone at ordering a catalytic converter left three messages hoping for a return phone call this time
