Great trans. Loved your coupon. All went well until fedex couldn't get there delivery date right, Sunday got text for a monday delivery, reschedule for tuesday then for wednesday then for thursday, I ended up picking up at the fedex myself. Frankly if this is how fedex operates maybe you'll should look for other delivery company options.

After waiting 3 months they finally said i will get a refund. I told them i paid with a prepaid card that i didnt have anymore. They will need to send a cheque.

BBB give hottexhaust 7 out 8 scathing reviews out of 8. Each mention customer service is poor, they would give no stars out of five if they could. Each mention John in customer service as being the person everything has to go through and he is rude and presents attitude over the phone to customers. I am waiting over two and a half months for my exhaust which they took money for immediately and won't even give me a date when I could expect delivery. Isn't that bordering on fraud? John is terribly rude on the phone and could care less about even pretending to be interested in customer service.
After searching for 2 years, I was so happy to find the exhaust system for my 5.0 Genesis RSpec. No one else seemed to have one! I can't wait to get it on the car!
