Avoid this business. I had to cancel my order through my credit card company. I received an email stating my catalytic converter had been shipped on 9/02/22 but the tracking number indicates that only a label had been created. When I called and finally got thru to a rep, I was told that it was drop shipped as a large load from Magnaflow and a tracking number would not be available. Also KNOW that a signature is required for delivery so if you can't take off from work, you won't be getting your delivery. No tracking... how will you know when to be home to receive delivery and to sign? BOGUS BUSINESS.

The part was received in just a few days. Will install it this week.
As an unexpected surprise, they are offering up to $75 for the return of the core.

Got a Magnaflow Overland for my 2109 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. Bought it Sunday and got it Wednesday, super fast. Love the price and the free shipping. Would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for any exhaust they have on their site.

Complicated 1st log in under your order section do refund request you get one email for that after they process it you will get a second email for the return instructions. Must be sent by some courier no Canada post. They also keep a percentage of what you payed for restock fee. Small company you must be patient it took 2 weeks a little to long.
You can call they do get back to you sometimes not right away.
Be sure your product works before purchasing

Sent me defective unit, bailed when pushed to correct their mistake. 'We'll just send you a return label because we're not going to be able to ship the right one'. Idiots. Both of these dipsticks have the personality of cardboard cut outs. Maybe their a little irritated because they can't run the business they own? Stay away-buy from reputable parts supplier because these clowns will let you down over and over. Google the address-it's some little hillbilly strip mall in Canada. THERE IS NO REASON WHY THEIR LINK SHOULD END UP AT THE TOP OF ANY SEARCH ENGINE ON THE WEB. They're just not any good.

I received my muffler in just three days. I installed it myself and got my Honda up and running right away. Thank you guys for all the help. I highly recommend you to anybody.

I needed new catalytic converters for my 911. I looked everywhere. Porsche found me some exhausts in Germany, but it would be a 3 week wait. They had OEM replacements from Magnaflow, so I look forward to getting these installed. The prices from everyone were outrageous, but they had fair prices and then a 20% discount, WOOOO HOOOO. I ordered the cats and they were here in days. I can say, they were not "blowing hot air out of their butts", and delivered as promised. I highly recommend you search www.hottexhaust.com first and save your self some time and money. Thank you again, look forward to installing the cats.

I ordered a Stainless Steel exhaust, however what I received looks like it was assembled 4:30 on a Friday with leftover scrap piping with what looks like 20lbs worth of welds to fill in gaps from the extreme differences in pipe sizes. Top it off with the fact customer service is non existent as I've called twice and emailed over the course of a week and have yet to get a response.

I bough a California certified cat for my 2013 Ford explorer in 0ctober 21 2019, paid almost $600 for it and $200 to get it installed. My car kept having same problem (cat code) my mechanic told me it was a faulty cat, so I contacted H. E after severals attempts finally someone responded and asked me for some test results which my mechanic did thru a computer and submitted them to H. E. I was ask to take cat to a local manufacturer in San Fernando California just to be told the cat had burns marks so for that reason warranty was void? And that my car had misfires so on so fort, the guy at counter seemed to be determined to make look like that he knew more than my certified mechanic. Anyways no money back, no replacement no warranty. So frustrating not getting help I gave up dealing with these people. Finally I saw a video on YouTube how to clean the Cat and I cleaned my original, put it back in my truck and code went away and car running properly. Please think twice to buy from this company. Had part for California qualifications and sent my part quickly. I also loved the price and fact I get a rebate and free returning to get rebate on convertor! I love to save money

I have dealt with this business many times over the years, and I always get the same results. Free shipping, actual intelligent advice, always the best price on Magnaflow products, always trying to help out where they can. I see reviews on here saying they want a refund and shipping takes too long but what else do you expect? We're in a PANDEMIC full of supply chain shortages. If they say a product is on backorder, it's because Magnaflow trusted them enough to tell them straight up about the delays. Any other distributor will lie to your face and tell you they have stock- WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE IF THE MAGNAFLOW FACTORY ITSELF IS OUT OF STOCK! Use your brains people. If you can, ask for Oren or Valentina in customer service- they're awesome!

I was hesitant buying an exhaust online. So i called the 1 800 sales number. I spoke with a gentleman named John Grohovaz. Soon as I started talking to him I knew I would be buying my exhaust from them. John was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions with out hesitation. One of the best sales experience I have ever had keep up the great work John.
