Booked the place because it had an indoor pool. Pool was closed. Room was very dusty, dirty,stained sheets, stained towels, bathtub drain very slow, and what looked like in the bathroom door a crap smear. I would fire the housekeeper crew that doesn't know how to clean.

Charged my CC instantly and 25 mins later when I went to check into hotel card was declined I had to wait 1:45mins to get my room and was on hold for almost 2 hrs with help line than was told I called the wrong number that was on your website
Booked based on Wyndham name and price offered. Very disappointed with curb appeal, condition of property, extended stay residents and quality of bed.
There was hair in the shower, so obviously not cleaned that well. Rugs were stained and looked burnt
