The price looked good but when it came time to check in, the hotel had not received the reservation so they room we had booked was already given to someone else. We ended up getting downgraded from a room with a king sized bed to a room with two full beds, however we still had to pay the same price as the nicer room.
This was the best price over all the others, including the "popular" sites
Very clean. Employee service was exceptional. The free breakfast included with your stay had a great variety of options, presented and prepared well with personal assistance if needed.
The only issue was the operation of the electric curtain and shade in your room, it wasn't always working. I had to call for maintenance a few times to get it working.
My stay was 7days and I would definitely stay there again. Even with the small issue I would still give it a 5 star rating in its class.

This hotel had bed bugs and the attendee at night acted as though it was a normal occurrence i did speak to the manager an he was kind but I would like. Full refund for this whole inconivece i have bites on me and blood all over the sheets from that bug
The hotel fee was about $100 cheaper than anything else I could find so I worried it was a scam but the hotel confirmed they had my reservation and I had no issues once I got there. So happy to have found this site!

My cousin reserved two rooms under Silvia Martinez same hotel same days and has not received her confirmation the hotel also cannot find a reservation for her. I haved called your company by Holding for an agent for over 1 hour and no response.
Holiday Inn was overbooked and cancelled my reservation, but HotelWiz still charged me. They still haven't refunded my credit card.

I booked a trip on Hotelwiz and when going to check-in with my children the hotel clerk told me they recently changed there hotel into an adults only! I was so frustrated! I immediately called Hotelwiz stayed on hold for 2hours all for them to answer and hang up on me. I called again and was on hold for 1hr & half all to have them disconnect me again. I am still waiting on my refund.

I booked a hotel for 4 nights in Lisbon, Portugal through HOTELWIZ in November 2022. I got to my hotel and they did NOT have any bookings/reservations under my name or confirmation number. I talked to the manager and nothing was reserved. I emailed HOTELWIZ and they sent a response saying, sorry, there was a technical glitch and they weren't able to book the room and they would refund my card. I waited for 2 weeks then tried to dispute it with my credit card, citibank, who reached out to HOTELWIZ. The company sent a letter to citibank stating I called and cancelled the reservation and the charge was legal and should not be disputed. I'm out $400 and still trying to make this right. I even had to pay more at the hotel once I got there, which is on my card and yet I still cannot seem to get my money back. RUN FROM HOTELWIZ. Total scammers.
This site advertised lower rates compared to other sites but when I arrived at the hotel after booking, I come to find out I still needed to pay close to $250 dollars in resort fees and parking which wasn't disclosed previously.
