Very clean and roomy. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very light. Mostly cold items. Good coffee! Water always available in lobby which was nice.
The room was dirty with hair balls in the corner of the bathroom, the smoke detector was missing, the walls were stained, no weather stripping on the door, unsavory people congregated on the bottom floor drinking and smoking pot. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.

However, when I tried to call the hotel to confirm my booking, I was informed that it was actually a different company altogether – the Best Western.
Cancellation Hurdles:Naturally, I contacted Hotelwiz to cancel my reservation, as it was not the hotel I had intended to book. To my surprise, the customer service representative insisted that the two hotels were essentially the same, and therefore I could not cancel my purchase. Instead, I was told to wait ten days to hear back from their "backend" team, who would decide whether or not the cancellation could be processed. In addition to the third party app I was charged $100 in which I didn't have so therefore I was not able to obtain the room because I did not have $200 deposit so basically I checked in after the check-in time which I also made the reservation so I will put my refund
