We reserved and paid for a hotel room at the Days Inn in Osceola AR for May 13th. Upon arriving, they would not honor our stay due to the fact that they did not have any rooms available except a King presidential suite. The gentleman (hotelwiz) on the phone assured us that they would have to honor our booking. We ended up paying again for the suite and upon verification that the room was paid for again, your employees said we would get a refund. After calling at least 3 times, now we are told that the refund would happen in 10 to 15 business days. Not happy that you knew the room was not honored and you would not refund the money. Hoping to get a good outcome after spending many hours on this already!
It was a pretty good service. But make sure to check the actual websites before booking through this third-party. In Vegas the resorts often offer exclusive rates on their websites. I could've gone my three days for $99 total, but instead ended up paying over 300 on this website. Nonrefundable
I needed an extra night hotel website for same room was $46 more. Prompt booking received a fraud alert from my bank (little nervous) but confirmed purchase. No issues at checkin. Very pleased with the extra search to save a few dollaes

I cancelled my reservation because the hotel was under construction. The hotel management did not object, I called Hotelwiz and told then that I need to cancel, they said that they will call the hotel. According to the hotel management, Hotelwiz sent an email and the hotel management confirmed that they did NOT charge me, so Hotelwiz is holding my money and not refunding it for no reason I called several times, every time they ask me to call this number *******203, I called several times on 5/16, one time I waited for 32 minutes for someone to hangup on me without saying a word, then again I called and waited for one hour and 19 minutes again to be hanged up on without a word. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!
We needed an extended stay of over 2 weeks and using Hotelwiz saved us almost 5o percent compared to using the Hotel website.

Hotel wiz had the best prices. I even called the hotel to see if they would match price if I went with them directly. They would not. So I booked it with this website. I checked reviews and they seem to be rated high. We shall see when check in time.
This hotel requests guests to pay a 100 deposit only by card. This amount is supposed to be back after the check out. In my case the check out was on Monday may 15,2023 but today is May 18 and they did not return the deposit
Will never use Hotelwiz again. One of my worst experiences this year. If anyone asks, I'll tell them to stay away. There are many to choose, don't choose this one. Total ripoff
Easy and convenient, and I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
The staff was most helpful and professional. The suite was very comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast choices were terrific. The only problem I had was: I was at one end of of the floor and the ice machine was at the other ( from room 552 to 501).

No problem checking in, made sure I preselected the correct dates prior to purchase. Would book again through hotelwiz, just be sure to double check before purchasing hotel room due to no cancellations if you need anything adjusted.
