The website made it a wonderful and easy process to book my hotel rooms and I received a prompt confirmation.
I ended up booking with this site by accident because I thought I was on the hotels website
I thought I was booking my reservation directly with the hotel so I was quite surprised to find it was actually HotelsOne. Hopefully all will work out fine.
Booking went smooth. The full amount was removed from my visa which I'm not used to so that was a surprise but otherwise good to go.

The couldn't give me a discount because I booked through you. The Loyalist hotel told me to contact you for a discount.

Ended up getting in contact with hotel directly and was able to add a night. Neither he nor I could modify the online booking. Cancel button did not work, so couldn't start again

I tried to make a booking using booking.com but couldn't get past the credit card detail which was really annoying - kept telling me the form was incomplete despite trying several times on different devices, and the price was $30 more than the booking.com website. So, I went directly to the James Cook Hotel website which directed me to HotelsOne. Worked perfectly and at the discounted price!
