I found the site straight away when I searched for the hotel

I wasn't aware I wasn't booking directly with the hotel until after my credit card was confirmed. There was nothing about HotelsOne until then. A bit sneaky, really.
Site was easy to use to find and book my accommodation.
It was easy to book online and received confirmation immediately. Have not completed our stay, so will have to hold off on commenting until then.
