I paid extra for being Canadian ON TOP of the exchange rate. The hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I clicked on the photo of the room I wanted to book and thought it was all good, until I actually get to the hotel to be told I had paid for a different (cheaper) room not the more expensive one in the photo. Plus I paid in USD so the hotel couldnt help me as I had booked and paid through a third party. Not impressed and I feel it was misleading to have a photo of the wrong room.

As of this writing, we have not stayed in our reserved room. The booking and confirmation were quick and easy. Looking forward to our stay.
