WORST COMPANY

Hotel runner has been a HUGE waste of time for me.

I asked if I could just manage availability and you said yes (below)

You can choose to manage your availabilities only via HotelRunner, all you need to do is select accordingly during OTA integration. But also we can adjust to each channel the rates you are sending accordingly as well.

But then that wouldn't work

My minimum nights stay from wix did not transfer, and because of that we have received a number of reservations for less than our minimum night stay.

The support has been very slow or nonexistent, which I expressed concern about (given the time difference).

I tried to ask all of the questions I could (issues I had in the past) and basically I spent a week trying to set this up, waiting for support, reblocking and changing reservations for nothing.

BEWARE

BEWARE! Utterly poor and disappointing after-sales service that doesn't deserve even one star!

Subscribed to their Channel Manager for two months since August 2016. With this convenience, we decided to list our property on Agoda, but mapping has partially failed. Contacted the support team immediately for help. Betul assisted us, asked for our login details for Agoda, and DISAPPEARED EVER SINCE. That was 7 September 2016.

Dropped the support team several emails on 17,20 and 22 September 2016, two of which were to request to cancel our subscription due to their lousy services, but still no response AT ALL. Contacted them via their official website (the contact form) since last week, no response still. Well done, guys.

Please think twice about choosing HotelRunner. You have been warned!

Hotelrunner is in a few worlds a scam, I went in and activate a bunch of 'free trials' to make it operative but it really never worked, I connected it to agoda.com and was no way to actually update the prices on agoda.com with the rate that I was updating in the system, when I was updating the prices the allotments went $#*!ed up and I spent 2 hours to set it back to find out the next day that, after a booking in the night all the availability was $#*!ed up again! It just don't work, it's probably the most expansive channel manager I tried recently and the customer service get upset if you say them that the system is not working properly... I gave 1 star because I cannot give ZERO but ZERO it's what hotelrunner.com is worth.
