We've been using this turkish company for a while now. At the beginning it was ok but once we started getting a lot of customers for our hotel then they started making trouble for us. When we ask them for help they make more problem and they just waste our time by f. Ing our calendar and pms system in general, for every function or addon they charge it separately and if your card is charged you cant get it back because you cant ask for a refund. They are not helpful company, liars, wasting your time and efforts for nothing. At the end we decided to stop using their non-working system and now we cant get our yearly payment back. We asked this 2 months ago if we decide cancel later can we get refund they said yes but now they dont provide refund and even ignoring our emails. When we contact them on live chat they keep ignoring and you keep waiting and wasting your time for these nonsense. We never recommend this company to anyone because you'll be sorry at the end just like us we didn't listen to other people..

Don't trust this company with your business. We've signed up to manage multiple channels for our business and needed to add other channels and systems and payment gateways they started to charge us extra and they're not stating anything on their website clearly but they double charged and now we want to leave this sht company and they say we can't refund you and their is no refund. You have use it until the end of you billing. I hate their customer support as well always nonsense for a simple question. We paid and our money is gone. We never recommend this company to anyone who is serious about their business. Never use them at all!

They purposely promise paying features for free:
Reach your potential guests globally using the HotelRunner Channel Manager! HotelRunner Basic plans allows you to connect to the Free Channels from one central cloud application using our secure XML connection and stop wasting time manually updating various online portals.

Bull$#*!. Not possible to connect to booking.com or any other without paying.

Whats the point of their $#*!ty free features without even basic channel manager?

I would never buy anything from such a dishonest company.

I looked at HotelRunner as a possible operations system for my hotel. I started out with the Basic Plan so I could examine the program, I then signed up for the HotelRunner Plus Plan which markets itself as a budget-friendly all-inclusive plan, which it said, and I quote "Property Management Systems (PMS) connectivity and payment methods integrations are included in your plan". Which, I found out, after, I signed up for the monthly payment… They are not!

So what was I paying extra for with the HotelRunner Plus Plan? I still don't know!

With this new knowledge in hand, I inquired into what the monthly plan for the PMS would be. At that point, I was told it was not a monthly plan but a yearly payment of close to a $1000 US upfront. I told the salesperson that I needed a monthly plan due to this new hotels budgetary constraints and if they didn't provide that type of service then I would have to discontinue their system, at which point I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription! I was then locked out of my account!

I emailed them stating that I had still paid for a month, so why was I locked out… I didn't hear anything back, which I took as a sign that my subscription had been canceled!

A month later I got a charge on my credit card… it was a subscription fee from HotelRunner. I emailed customer service and basically got accused of not canceling properly, to which I told them that it was they who locked me out of the system! They didn't care! They did eventually let me back into the system so I could cancel the subscription 'properly", but the system wont let me cancel because now they've added extra fees and commissions to the account! We are now in a circular argument where, despite my explanations, they insisted that I have to pay the extra fees and continuing subscription fees and won't let me cancel the subscription until the are paid. And I refuse to be extorted for charges that wouldn't have been there if they hadn't locked me out of the system in the first place! After a month of back and forth emails, they now seem to imply that they would refund the charges, but only if I continued as a customer! Again extortion tactics...

It is an absolutely horrific way for a company to treat customers or potential customers! I think people should know just how deceitful and unprofessional this company has been! This is my third hotel, for which I have used other operations systems, HotelRunner looked like a good budget-friendly solution for our new hotel, however, I will not use any product, or service with this kind of unethical operational practice! You shouldn't either…

HotelRunner products helped me to increase my sales and manage my online rates and availabilities very easily. The interface is modern and user-friendly. They also have a useful mobile application that makes my life easier managing my reservations outside of the hotel too.

I paid the bought the HotelRunner Channel Manager for 2 years. I was duped in by over 50% discount offered by them. Now I regret that I should have never gone for it. We have repeatedly over booked by Channel Manager, contacted them on all the occasion. We received reply but after 24 to 48 hours latter. They do not have customer service. You can only contact them though Email only. No online chat, no phone number to call only through email. I requested them several occasions to have an online session to explain how we keep the updated inventory but no chance. I even told them that if they do not arrange an online session, I will have no option but to leave them... and you know what- no reply. At last I have no option but to leave them negative feedback here and leave them at half of the contract and I am going for somebody else. I have contacted the guy called Abel at Hotelunner, and always received a standard reply.
Avoid them at all costs if you can.

We're using HotelRunner for our business for long time now and it works flawlessly across all booking engines. They also provide you the platform to accept direct booking from your own website and we managed to take advantage of it and it served us lots of money paying booking fees to third parties. I can recommend Hotelrunner to anyone. One of the best channel managers out there.
