I am an English speaking hotel owner in Turkey. HotelRunner has helped me no end because they actually work with all the relevant Turkish hotel selling channels as well as the international ones. I love their app which means I can update availability wherever I am. Their highly knowledgeable staff have answered numerous questions in English (I thank them for their patience!)... I cannot recommend this channel manager highly enough.

Hotelrunner is a great tool that help especially for small companies. We started to use this tool since from 3 months and overall this website exceed my expectations. This web site could be all in one tool for hotel industry with some additional improvements. I definitely recommend to the hotel owners who has up to 50-75 rooms.

They make it work

Was having difficulties connecting to my booking, but after the weekend I was contacted by someone who helped resolve the issue. I just wish they would have support over the weekends, since that is also the busiest of times for us. But it was good to at least have my issue fixed in a timely manner.

AWESOME live chat service

It took a bit to figure out how to connect via live chat, little orange pop-up button at the bottom of the page FYI. Once in the live chat the service was amazing. Clearly answered questions and I also got great follow up from Andrew, who I'm guessing must me the manager. Only ask would be weekend availability.

I feel ripped off.

Great system but support team seems more interested in closing tickets than solving problems. Double check the shortcomings of their mapping before you sign up.

Would offer to everyone

As I use all tools of HotelRunner CM;
- Channel Mnagement
- CM Apps
- Web Site hosting
All features are not updated and not worling as it should be, like;
- On search engine, promotion types like (social sharing or other extras)
- On App for managing it does not allow you to use quickly opening as well as selecting +or- for higher or lower rates options)

Anyway the prices of all services they offer as more then enough and it would be great CM with those small changes.

Would offer if you do not need these small things

I have a one room accommodation and in the space of one month hotel runner had allowed double bookings three times! Does not work at all. Total waste of time and money. Then I was put in the awkward position of having to explain to guests why I had to cancel their booking.

I have been having so much problem with them and they are not helpful at all. Problem happening during weekend? You gotta wait maybe till Wednesday. Connecting with OTA? I have waited for 2 weeks and still having problem and they don't reply me back with clear explanation or apologize. I made loss because of this channel manager. Also, as I am using it in Asia, I had to stay up till morning as they open only in the US time, even during work time, they don't reply me back. Really no idea what they do.
Also when I had problem, they only blame OTAs, and throw problem away back to me. So it was really worst experience that I stayed up till morning to try to get contact with them to get problem fixed and could not, and made loss. I have used hotel runners more than 4 month but eventually so disappointed on all of service from hotel runner. You pay less for this, but you pay so much energy to waste

Firstly, We're very sorry to hear about your bad experience with our customer support. As I do agree that we do not have support on the weekends, our support team for our customers in Asia are available everyday during the week.

Disapointed

They was not able to make the updating work, took longer and longer time for them to reply with no solution.
They blame the Ota but after i replaced HotelRunner with another company it was no problem at all.
I understand that some times they have problem, we all have, it is just the way you handle it and how you response to your customer when it happen. It is sad when you experience the "looong time to reply tactic."

I guess its a great product when it work, but its nice to know they have your back when there is problem to :(

I've been using HotelRunner to manage my Villa for more than 3 years with no issues. They have great customer service who are really helpful. I had some issues with the Tripadvisor channel (directly with TA) and HotelRunner stepped in to help and refund my money immediately.

Hotel runner, is a joke, it doesnt sync, they drag out they response time, so they can bill you each month, leading yoy to think theres a solution.
I paid an IT person to help, its crap, they still billed me when i said stop, its not working

Totally useless. Have been trying to set up channel manager for 4 days now. They keep sending me the same email - requesting me to contact them.
It is impossible to contact them as no one replies or is ever online.
They advertise a 'Global' customer base - yet do not provide global service.

Just the most terrible experience - at the hardest time - setting up a new business.
