Jair was patient, thoughtful and thorough in locating a room in a specific section of San Francisco so I could access UCSF medical center. He made sure the room was what I required and at a reasonable price. He also made sure I had cancellation insurance.
Tuesday was awesome. She searched 8 locations to find one that met my price & location needs. Great customer service. She was terrific.

I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and that my room would have a walk-in shower. I am handicapped and require this accommodation.Marisol assisted me and was quite helpful. She listened to my concerns and was very professional. She assured me that the hotel had my request and that it should not be a problem accommodating my need.

After explaining my situation to Kennelyn that I needed an itemized receipt and have emailed the hotel twice, I needed to speak with someone who could help me. All she did was transfer my call which was no help as the recording kept asking for my confirmation # and I did not have it. It then dropped my call. So Kennelyn did a terrible job in my opinion.

I called the phone number from the Hotel website and believed I was speaking directly with Hilton Hotel in Pflugerville, TX and Baton Rouge, LA, only to find out my reservations were made through a third part vendor. This was not disclosed sure the phone call nor was I advised of the fee charged 3 times. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company and my bank.

Tried to book 3 rooms asked for a govt per diem rate - couldn't offer it then I asked for the tax and fees per room kept giving me the total for all three rooms and when I clearly asked for the taxes and fees per room I was transferred to service line that then disconnected me
