When I was asking her questions, she seem to get frustrated with me, that is what I sense
I had a question about the pet policy which I could not find, so i called reservations. The person seemed unwilling or unable to answer most of my questions, she seemed overwhelmed by me asking two questions, and seemed to have an attitude when I persisted in trying to get an answer to my question. She hung up on me. This person does not belong in a customer service. Obviously, I will be finding another hotel.

She was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to check another price for me
I wanted information about pet fees and accommodations for Thursday- Friday, 29-30 August 2024. Jennifer looked up the information and informed me that pet fees were $25.00 per night and there were a few rooms available. She was very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I called the first time the 800 number and the guy hung up on me. Amanda did a terrific job one to 10. Obviously it is a ten.
He did not listen my questions and he was short and curt.

Quoted me a price for 3 nights, and charged $1000 and only booked me for 1 night!
I was told the price for my reservation was $223+tax. I was billed $403. I call your company twice and spoke with representatives and requested cancellation of the reservation. The first one said no the second called the hotel who approved the cancellation at no charge to you.If I don't get a full refund I will report fraud to the credit card company.
Frustrating. I asked for the hotel phone number and he wouldn't give it. I'm coming down for my grandson's wedding and thought maybe they had blocked some rooms since there are no rooms available. I thought maybe the hotel would know this information but Leo said they wouldn't know to call back in 2-3 days.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
