I called to get a room for before check in. She quoted me almost double of the price in Expedia. She wouldn't budge on the price. This isn't customer service.

Paige was very helpful with walking me thru the process. Had a problem with my card. She waited with me on hold u til I got it figured out on my end probably took 15 minutes she was super helpful and above and beyond patient with me. She has great customer service and should be treated as a very valued employee!
