I had a Caesars reward promo that I called to book 2 queen rooms with. Agent advised it was not doable at that time and I will need to show the rewards card at the time of check in. I declined the refund protection that was offered but still got charged for it. The name was misspelled entirely even when it was spelled out multiple times, letter by letter. I spent almost an hour trying to get it all corrected only to be told by another agent that Caesars reward cannot be used at time of check and that that my CC has already been charged for the full amount. I ended up cancelling the reservation and requested a full refund. So far only the refund protection has been reversed. Still waiting for the $400 plus charges which I was told have to go through an approval process.
Latrina did a wonderful job. She told me the room options and she patiently answered all my questions. She even suggested and wrote down that I'd like extra blankets as I was concerned about the room being too cold. Thanks

The agent did not tell me the full charge with taxes until after I had given him my credit card info. At that point I changed my mind and told him I no longer wanted to book. He booked anyway! And then got my email address wrong so I didn't even get a reservation number—just a text saying it had been booked.

Jose took the time during the horrible snow storm to book my husband a hotel and let me know shuttle information as he is flying in tonight to Pittsburgh Airport and there's no way I can get to him. Didn't follow directions. 25 rooms to be held should have been done as a group booking. No charges should have been made to my credit card. Another employee had to fix the mistake

Called to make a reservation Rojessa is who I spoke with!
I had several pointed questions that I had asked.
Rojessa was able to answer the quickly and explained in detail what each item was.
I paid for the reservation. I immediately got a text from her with a confirmation and an email.
This is our first time, cruising from Mobile, Alabama, and she made it really easy to make hotel reservations to make our trip a little more enjoyable.

I needed to make reservations for 2 one night visits. Ebony was a great help for the first nights stay and when the second nights stay was almost double due to the dates, she helped me to find another hotel nearby that was more in our price range.

I reserved a room. I gave my
Personal info & credit card info.
I received a confirmation. Before I got off off the phone my reservation was cxl'd. I was told another room would be assigned but at a new price. I never received another confirmation.
I called again, another person said a room
Was available & confirmation would be sent shortly. It was never received. Neither person spoke very good English, I had trouble understanding them. And I should be able to rate this experience with
"No Stars", zero rating. But your app won't accept -0-.
I went to another hotel in the area.
I made my reservation Ivory explained the reservation very thoroughly to me and was able to get me $20 off of my reservation due to the fact that I did not need to have reservation insurance!

I was trying to work out the details of an existing reservation however you can only do that with AI when you call in. I could not get the information I needed and I was very frustrated. I called the new reservation line and I had someone hang up on me because it wasn't a new reservation. I called back and got the Rose and she took care of me. It was pleasant to work with thank you for having her. I was almost at a place where I was not going to book groups with Hilton anymore because of my frustration level, but she got me what I needed and talk me off the ledge.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
