Israel was very gracious and courteous throughout the phone call. He did not hang up until he made sure the email and text message came through with the confirmation of my booking.
Isis did a wonderful job helping me book my reservation. Even though I had a few "hiccups" along the way, she stayed friendly, patient, and supportive the entire time. She's the kind of person you'd call just for the conversation. You're lucky to have her, and I truly hope she's treated as well as she treats your customers!

Was very insistent and confusing. Kept bringing up how important it is to see family and how the room would go fast. Price ended up double what the web site stated.

In the day and age of online booking and doing it all yourself, calling a reservation line for a hotel and speaking with Cintia was so easy. She was incredibly helpful and got me a night at Cliff Castle in less than five minutes.

It ends up I was charged for two different motels. MICROTEL which we stayed at and Quality in which should have been canceled by you because they were full. We did not stay there. Itinerary # is H*******. I have been trying to talk to someone by phone but am getting nowhere. Could you help by calling me back at *******161?

The confirmed reservation was not on the Hampton Inn Uptown in Charlotte NC system and I had no place to sleep as a result. The same was true for multiple people attempting to check in.

Booked room with jacuzzi. Paid that price. I asked for confirmation that room had a jacuzzi. The booked told me yes. We paid the king deluxe with jacuzzi price. Arrived at hotel and was told they don't have a room with jacuzzi. Wouldn't give us a refund. They first sent us to a dirty room. Bed not made, trash and towels on floor. We went back to desk to ask for another room. This hotel says they do not refund money. Bad experience all together.

We were left without power following the January ice storm and afraid we'd not find a hotel that would allow our 5 cats. After staying the first night in a frigid house and facing even colder temps the next night, we tried to see if anyone could accommodate us. Guiller was able to find us a hotel very near us that still had availability and allowed multiple pets. We are so grateful for his help!

Frustrating I need the number of the actual hotel so I can ask if they have a shuttle to and from the airport terminal. I like talking to a person.

Hard to understand sometimes.
She said last room left w/2 queen beds, handicapped show & refrigerator.
Inquired about AARP discount and my Hilton points. She said already discounted.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
