I requested a rate for the block of rooms for Sister's Scrapbooking which I told the agent is $90. I thought the total she gave me was high. She said the with $90 a night is including all taxes and fees. I just got my confirmation email and she charged me $141 a night! What a scam! I'm so pissed. I'll be getting some money back one way or another!

Needed two room for two nights. Got a better location with a marginal cost increase. Safer area of lodging with a reputable hotel in Radisson close to my venue. I had struggled with online booking and was completely frustrated. Talked to Jacob, who lives in Vegas and talking to an agent who is familiar with the location made this booking safe and convenient. Local agents that know the area is competitive advantage.

The hotel I wanted for a conference was all sold out. The sister hotel also said sold out in the website which means I would have to drive 20 minutes to and from the conference. I called the sister hotel spoke with Lauren who stated they had rooms available and she booked me with the discounted rate! I'm so happy now when I want a break from the conference I walk across the street and I'm there. Perfect

I called to make a reservation at Marriott but quickly found out they didn't accept pets, so Mark was able to make me a reservation at the Hilton instead and he was very helpful!

Destiny was able to get me a reservation close to. Salem (final destination for night) and I was very glad to get off the highway after a 10 hour drive! Polite, spoke English and explained whole process. Never been to Albany so had difficulty trying to get into motel and then computer not working. If no reservation in advance, might not have been able to stay (10:30 pm).

The hotel could find no evidence of the reservation. We called hotelplanning.com, but the agent was of no help with finding the reservation. I requested cancellation of the charge since no reservation could be found. I have spoken with the credit card company about disputing any charge.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
