I thought she talked too fast. I wanted park, sleep and fly and she talked me into booking only the rooms and said I could get the 10 days parking parking at the hotel. I wanted it all together to make sure we got the parking. I said it was cheaper if I booked it all online and she said she gave me the cheapest price. But it's not. She should have told me to call the hotel, which is who I thought I called so I could do it all together. Not happy.
Lady was nice but felt like I was being rushed a little when asking questions. I'm very southern and older. She wasn't southern or slow talking so hard to understand someone talking fast. But when I asked her to repeat she would slow down. I would never want an employee reprimanded but she just needs to slow down a little. Lol

The stay was fine/ excellent, no complaints.
However the online reservation i made ( unintentionally) minutes before arriving at hotel ( Days Inn in Yuma az Mar 28,2025) —-I requested it be cancelled, the receptionist said she couldn't do that because I would have to call Expedia.
