The representative was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions very professional
I have pictures 2 Cockroaches on the wall, killed one, one run under refrigerator, moved refrigerator, found the one and 2 more. Kids were screaming and afraid the place was dirty. Afraid to sleep in beds... I had been sent a credit within 10days it has Not happened nor my deposit..
I just had a great conversation with Nicholas. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide everything I asked for in my upcoming stay at the Carousel.

Augustin was great on the phone but the billing department charged me for two nights and I only stayed one night. Billing department will NOT return my calls - I have left several messages for Tiffany in billing. I am very disappointed.
I chose Doubletree to have the security I would be taken care of and I was double billed and haven't received a call back. *******469

Room was occupied smaller and smoke odor
Cat litter garbage this is where holiday inn directed me too someone was picking my there
It was scary
It was a shelter
I didn't feel safe
I don't need fancy but clean and safe
I was going boy staying one night
This is not the last time you'll hear from me
They transfer you to Expedia
I trust holiday inn but this a real bad chain of events that needs to be addressed
