I was calling the comfort inn direct or so I thought based on the internet. When the phone was answered I asked if comfort inn in pueblo. The reply was yes. When I reached the hotel, I was told it was a 3rd party billing an a charge of 100.00 room would apply. Of course I could not cancel and book with the hotel. At check out I could not get a receipt as it was a third party billing. Not happy as I feel I was tricked. Learned a valuable lesson. I hope the 200 is returned.

Customer Service person did a good job. I was having problems with my phone. We were driving in the car. I was having trouble hearing him. I was having trouble getting into my text message screen to read my confirmation code to him. He was very patient & helpful.
