Eugene was super helpful with amazing customer service! (I've been in customer service for over 30 years, so I can tell when someone's genuine.) I told him about my trip and he found me the best deal for one of the busiest weekends, all in 7 minutes! I can't wait to stay with you!
I asked why my hotel rate was so expensive for a Super 8. I found out I was charged fees to protect me from being charged if I changed my mind or something. I declined this charge, however I still see it on my bill. I thought I was dealing with the hotel when I made the reservation. They informed me it was through a 3rd party. Kerri-Lee is the person that billed me. Was not at all clear why I was charged so much. I made 5 separate reservations for my current trip. Every one was very clear about charges and allowed me to opt out of the cancellation protection fee. Pretty disappointed in being charged these unwanted fees.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
