You made yourself out to be the hotel directly not a booking site. When I asked about the cheaper rate on line you said that they were sold out which was true. Will not use this site again

I really appreciated the service when I called the number for the Brewhouse Inn and suites, Milwaukee. It was nerve wracking to have a timer on the website and feeling pressured to get the reservation completed and so I called the number and was happy to have a person on the phone to make sure I got the type of room we wanted.
