Eduardo EXDEEDED Any Standard currently in place. He OVERSTOOD By actually Listening to What & WHY I called & Answered ALL My questions thoroughly. Versus the TWO previous call takers, where the HELP Sign is still in the window. The reps could barely speak the language let alone think outside the poorly designed script, leading statements & questions that led to NO-Where!

I called for a 2 night stay beginning 9/2/25. Was told no rooms and young man told me they were fully booked and checked other close hotels, also booked. I told him my hotel preferences. He suggested I call back in the morning to check for cancellations. He was very nice and helpful.
