I was informed about the availability of a walk-in shower. However, upon checking in, I found no walk-in shower on the first floor. In fact, none in the building. This feels misleading. As a disabled Vietnam veteran who has lost the use of my right leg, I rely on accommodations like these. I've been a loyal Hilton customer for many years, and I am not accustomed to being misled.
