I had previously made a reservation for 9/20 and called on the afternoon of 9/7 to add Friday 9/19 onto my stay. I never received a confirmation so today I called and spoke with Johan about & it's a good thing I did! My reservation was never made! The person in the desk didn't put it through and now I have to search for another hotel as this one is full! Thanks to Johan- I didn't drive all that way for nothing!

He was knowledgeable of all his tools that he had Available to him!

Lovely to talk to this young woman, who took her time with me and walked me through each step of my reservation. She was polite and professional and easy to understand.

I talked with Ernesto S and was quoted a price of 619.00 that was to include fees and taxes including military discount but the price the emailed was 675.00

Allan helped find us a reservation that allowed a cancellation shoujd plans to come change! He also noted in my room request that we face the back of the hotel for quietness and my preference for a bath tub shower combo. He was able to accommodate our dates and we will look forward to coming!
