We couldn't find a hotel for two nights the gentleman I spoke to was very professional. We called the Quality Inn and he said it was full, but offered to look at other hotels close by for us and found one in just a few minutes and we finalized the transaction. I was on the phone for about 5 to 7 minutes. Excellent service.
