I'm a frequent traveler and my experience trying to modify a reservation this morning was a joke. Your staff and systems are horrible. The people managing the customer service department should all be fired. On a scale of 1-5 I'd rate this service as a Zero.
He was so informative and it seemed as if he had a smile as he gave the update on the room rates and all amenities. He did his best to inform and offer the best fare rates available. We will stay with your establishment above all others! Staff, including continental breakfast is all a plus! Thank you & awesome home away from home, Hooray!

From the beginning of our conversation her phone was glitching in and out. I won't blame that on her but the conversation after is what got the 1 star review. Rosa didn't seem interested AT ALL in figuring out my family needs. I told her our vacation dates.she never asked, she told me the price of the room...NEVER once said how many beds, what the amenities were NOTHING!...I ultimately asked her if this was her first day on the job! Rosa needs better training...using terms like "un hun"...very unprofessional. I hung up to book with another hotel for my family vacation...Thank Rosa for thatπ
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
