I asked if there were rooms with a hot tub IN the room;a suite. The lady told me yes after supposedly checking twice. I clearly asked 5 times (maybe more) The lady told me each time that was the type of room she booked me in. I was skepticial after finding the cost was less than $200. Before giving my card number i asked AGAIN. The lady said "ma'am I know what you mean and yes there is a hot tub in the room". Well when I checked in the receptionist said they have no rooms with hot tubs. After a long day on the road I was livid and everything thing else that goes along with being so angry.
I also told her I was a member at best Western and she could not find my information but when i went to the hotel they were able to find me in the system just by my name. 🤬🤬🤬
