I got the run around trying to collect on an offer I had earned. Stay 2 nights get a third night free. The first 4 agents, upon hearing why I was calling quickly told me they couldn't help. One transferred me to an automated systems that asked for information I didn't have. I had to hang up and call again. One gave me the number of a completely different hotel chain. One told me to call the front desk for assistance. The front desk said they couldn't help and gave me another 800 number to call. I will say that last number was were I needed to be and the agent there understood my request and was extremely helpful. But on the whole, it was way too complicated. The correct contact should have been on the original offer..

After bad experiences with travel sites I now call and do any bookings with Hotel or travel with vendor by phone. Today I connected with an easy to understand, knowledgeable courteous agent that I wish all agents were like.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
