I was trying to book a room for a wedding I was attending. Just me I told him... I gave the name of the wedding party which was suppose to get me a discounted rate... He gave a me 2 bed queen with BREAKFAST FOR 2 for a total 530$$ for 2 nights. I asked and he guaranteed "that is the cheapest available... I called the of Mother of the Bride and she was like that doesn't sound right... so I finally got ahold of an HONEST person and got my room for about 100$ less a night... and the first person I spoke with hung up on me. How RUDE to be so dishonest. He probably works on commission.
I was greatly distressed by my list voucher after my phone was replaced. Ms Rose was sooo kind to listen to my story. She was as just as a health worker should be. She encouraged me I could understand her and she was careful to check my e mail address ans phone number. She reassured me in a kind abd gracious manner that I eouls be cslled.
